The food was amazing! It is a nicely renovated hotel. The view to the mountains from the Whirpool is breathtaking. It's very near to Pragser Wildsee and to Strudelkopf, totally recommended.

Great location to spend your winter holidays! Cross-country skiing track just in front of the hotel, bus connection to all villages / facilities, short driving distance to all areas. Dinner is exceptional, various and delicious.

Clean, really good food. Very friendly stuff, although the hotel was full there was no crowd.

I loved the peace that the hotel is surrounded with, but we had to take a ride to the ski slopes.

We got sucked in by the nice online pictures of the rooms and the great review score. When we arrived, we were met with an overpowering smell of horse or cow poo. The staff were unfriendly, borderline rude, especially the older German man who serves breakfast and dinner. Dinner isn't worth going to btw, you have to show up at 7pm on the DOT or they are mad, and it takes 2 hours to eat in a very bad atmosphere where everyone is miserable - we stopped going in the end. The shower also smells. The worst part for us was the cleaning service. They don't know the meaning of a "do not disturb sign" at this hotel. Day 1 we placed the "do not disturb sign" on the door, the cleaner knocks and points to the sign and asks if we want cleaning and we say no thank you. Day 2, despite the sign still being on the door, the cleaner comes in anyway. Mind you, she cleans nothing I only know because she moved our personal things around. Day 3 we ask the reception for no cleaning and they say okay. Day 4 cleaner comes in (do not disturb sign still on by the way), we go back to reception and say we don't want cleaning. She says "Ohhh you mean never?" we say yes we mean never we prefer not to have it due to COVID." She says sure no problem. Next day we stay home to use the jacuzzi but it was closed all day :(. While we were home the cleaner did not come in or knock, they must have known we were there and they couldn't dig around in our things! Day after we went out and guess who comes back in, yep you guessed it, the CLEANER. Did she clean? Nope! I only know because I had a personal quick dry towel which she folded (did not touch the hotel towels btw!

Modern, recently renovated to top standard. it should be actually 4 stars hotel. we had an amazing time at Turmchalet. The hotel is great with a fantastic kitchen and very friendly staff. thank you

everything was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at Turmchaelt. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel had nice facilities(hot tub and sauna). In addition to that the breakfast and dinner included in the price made our stay - got to try and enjoy South-Tyrolean food!

Everything was super clean and the food was delicious and exceptional.

Nobody can talk english language, but everything else was perfect.

The breakfast was really good and tasty. They had lot of different options on buffet. We really liked it. The location was awesome. It was only 5 KM away from Lake Braeis which can easily accessible by car in 10 mins. Overall we were very much satisfied with our stay there and would strongly recommend this hotel to others.

We did not find such bad things. Only in dinner they had a bit less option. It would have been great if they had more.

best place ever

Very comfortable room and bed, the cleaning was awesome all our stay the person who cleaned our room do it very very well everything was perfect, the food was good, they have an amazing jacuzzi with views to the domites. Very good location. And very quiet.

The bread was not fresh, I think it is better put less options but fresh instead of a big variety of old breads. Also for the price level, scrambled and fries eggs should be offered freshly cooked a la carte, not on a B&B buffet style

The room was very nice and clean, the staff very friendly. The food is fantastic - really tasty, lots of choice. Hotel also offers a pleasant whirlpool and sauna. We really enjoyed - next time we will definitely book for more than three days.

wonderful location, very helpful and caring staff who looked after out dietary requirements. Best food we have ever had. The property was clean and hygienic.

Perfect weekend ...

Turmchalet was the most amazing surprise, the family-run chalet exceeded all expectations - from quality of the room and decor, to the wonderful spa and rooftop lounge area, to incredible breakfast and dinners included in the room price. The staff at the chalet were so nice and helpful, they were a breath of fresh air! 1000% recommend, it will exceed your expectations.

All the facilities are extra new, food is delicious, they provide different menu every night. They were also very kind at accommodating our certain diet restrictions. A special thanks to Giovanni who has been extra helpful all the time, from suggesting some great places to visit around, to helping out with our car issues!

Beautiful and specious room.Delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Large and free parking. Not too far from ski area. Great value for money, and highly recommended.

No coop nearby. In a quiet and remote area, more convenient with the car.

The man that is in charge at the breakfast, controls how you use coffee and juice maker machine, literally stays next to you and observes that you don’t destroy everything.
