It took me 1 hour for waiting staff deliver the toothbrush set, it’s so bizarre.

Location is in the airport and easy to find. Transportation to terminal 2 you only need to take yellow bus around 7 min.

It was great located close to the airport. Also I need to give a huge star to Ahmed from the reception. I called later on to report my wallet lost and he was so helpful and kind. You need to be very happy to have him as a part of you team!! Can’t be thankful enough for his service and the extra he did in order to assist me and make me feel safe.

My room had bad ventilation and I did not get any information regarding wifi when checking in. Tried to call the reception afterwards for assistance but no reply.

Very convenient for a night before a long flight. Very clean and comfortable. We asked for accommodations for persons with a disability. The accommodations were excellent!!

Nice and clean hotel.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel porter tried to tell us that it would be so hard and complicated to walk to the terminal and we would need help to find it. It would be “complicated” since we had to walk 5min to get to the shuttle bus and then transfer over to the train and it would take like 30min total. To “safe time” he’s be willing to help us and tell his “hotel porter friend” to help us in the morning (for an extra tip). The Hotel is right outside of Terminal 1 and super easy to walk to. It took us less than 5min to walk from the hotel in a straight line into Terminal 1. And only about 8-10 min total to reach the shuttle to terminal 2. Only took 2 turns. Disappointed that in a hotel like this that staff is lying to you to make extra money. I’m sure management is not aware of that.

A comfortable stay

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in our quiet room. So handy for our flight the next day.

I didn’t like having to walk over to the Sheraton to have breakfast. It was far too crowded.

Lighting controls were impossible to understand, even the maintenance engineer could not solve the problem. Room was therefore too dark.

Convenient!

The location and ease of accessing from the parking garage.

My only complaint, was that I ordered room service. What was sent up was not what I ordered. The person who answered the line said; yes, that what was ordered. I tried to tell her, I cant eat spicy food; so I would never order pasta with a spicy sauce.. she basically just hung up on me. So I paid for a meal I could not eat… and had no dinner that night.

Friendly attention but uncomfortable

Attention at the reception

Although I booked to have a good fridge for a medicine to be stored below 8 degrees Celsius, this did not work. I got a nice support to freeze the blue ice but I had to run up and down in order to maintain the temperature in a portable icebox I carry for the flight

A good night sleep

I slept so well considering the hotel is practically inside the airport! Not one noise from outside.

I called reception to ask what time the trains to Terminal 2 started, and they said the trains didn't start until much later, so I should get a shuttle. When I was doing the checkout, however, the receptionist said the exact opposite, so I was left to wonder which one was correct. I recommend the staff take a look at these schedules so they don't give the wrong info. Aside from that, a great stay!

Incredibly Convenient for Cyclists

The property was incredibly convenient for trains and flights. Very helpful with luggage, especially bikes & transport cases

We had a lot of issues coordinating chat between the property and booking.com. The problem eventually got resolved, but it took many hours and cost a fortune in long distance phone calls.

Close to terminal 1

Noise by staff in the morning. Talking loud to each other. Late night receptionist not very friendly. Reception 9 number not responsive. Not enough toiletries like tooth brush or comb. Not too clean on surfaces and curtains. Mattress has a plastic cover that sounds at contact.

Great layover option

Great location for overnight layovers at the airport. Room was very nice and the size exceeded my expectations. Walk-in shower was great. Room price was good compared to other hotel properties in the same area.

Breakfast buffet was good, but price seemed high. Plus, the breakfast area is shared with the Sheraton, so it was pretty busy the morning we used it. Advertised a sauna and steam room, but they were being refurbished so not available during our stay.

Amazing location within the airport, quiet room, great breakfast

The location is amazing, very easy to reach within the airport indoors , also to go to departures as well. The room was spacious and even though is within the airport facilities is very quiet. The bed is very comfortable as well and the breakfast is great. Also many options for lunch and dinner there are 2 restaurants and room service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really loved it for my overnights stay between frights.

Great location, modern room with all necessary facilities, and a room lighting system that wasn't over-complicated.

Finding the hotel. A map would have been useful, much more so than a You-Tube link that didn't work. Not being able to eat in the restaurant of choice - it was full, and there seemed to be too little restaurant capacity for the number of guests in the two hotels.

The best Airport Hotel at Fraport, ideal for an overnight stay to prepare for the next day flight.

Everything needed was available, GYM, Restaurants, Bar, large room, good bathroom, aircon/heating

The fridge/mini bar was too small to put things in and the when taking staff out, the reception was alarmed and tried to charge, but cancelled after checking.
