    We come from Berlin and fly from Frankfurt because of the horrible airport BER in Berlin. Even the bigger size of the airport and the big crowd is easier to handle for us flying with lot of luggage to Asia. The Marriot is located perfectly to reach train and all 3 terminals in FRA. The staff is helpful and friendly and accompanied us and carried our luggage to the sky train to find terminal 3. Thanks ! We will do it again! Highly recommended!

    Very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy to get to from the airport for a stopover before an early morning flight. Would return again if on the same route and after a longhaul redeye flight.

    When I checked in there were several receptionist at the counter but only one counter was checking in the guest. The reason was the other 2 counters were changing staff. This had the effect that there was a queue for checking in. After 15 mins the counter that was checking us in wanted to close as one other counter could check in customers. It was my turn when she wanted to leave and ask me to queue in the other counter that was opened. I told her that it seems like we guest were sheeps at the disposal of the staff to move us when they wanted too. I told her she shld check all the guest in before she left. I said in Asia where I normally travelled such things at Marriot will not happen and the staff I assume were paid less than in Germany. Fortunately she managed to go into the office n got Jennifer Wagner to check us in. Jennifer did it with a smile although it must be something she was not supposed to do at that time. She managed to calm me down with her pleasant personality n understanding. She deserved not only her Europens salary but higher. Anyway after I left the counter after 30 mins since I arrived the third counter still was not opened.
