Airport is well connected via train to the city. Airport hotel facilitate smoother return to home country. We use this airport hotel as our base when enjoying Frankfurt.

Horrible

When we arrived at 17 30 the room was freezing. I don't really want to have to wait on a service man to turn the heating on. This should be attended to by housekeeping. After the issue was solved we was assured that we could adjust the temp. Unfortunately the thermostat did not adjust and my Aunt and l had a horrible night. The second night was worst. The temp stayed at 24.8c and combined with the fan and the a/c we both felt terrible!!! We are now heading back on a long distance flight to Sydney. Thank you for indifferent service and a poor experience. I refer you to our initial stay last year. I can say that last year on our second stay your housekeeping team made our experience most pleasant so Thank you for that. Really inspite of the excellent location we will not be returning. Although l feel your service people have dropped their standards as usual the beds were excellent. Sincerely Linda MacCauley

Shower drain was partially blocked, almost overflowed into bathroom. We mentioned this at front desks as we left, so hopefully has been addressed.

Ideal hotel for short stays before flying out of Frankfurt Airport.

The property is easily accessible from the train station and the airport. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The help given by the porters taking out luggage all the way to the airport check-in was fantastic. A big thank you for that.

Can do a bit better

At the airport

We got lucky to arrive when we did and not have a long line wait. A few minutes after checking in they had over 60 people waiting on line and not enough staff checking them in. For the price I paid. I would have expected breakfast to be included. We also called the staff to bring an extra pillow and ice. The pillow arrived hours later and the ice person never showed up.

Atmosphere and customer attention was first rate. Convenience to airport

Convenience to airport for early getaway, the Bar and the ability to meet travelers from around the world. The customer service was brilliant with the Porter from the afternoon before coming to collect us, with our luggage, and take us through to check-in at the airport................faultless and very much appreciated.

Breakfast was Horrible. I paid for breakfast to be included. The early bird breakfast was a small stale croissant, half rotten apple and a bottle of juice. I’d like to be informed how I can have two breakfasts refunded.

Nice room but too noisy….

Clean and spacious accommodation. Great beads and pillows. Bathroom was very nice … to a point.

The bathroom had tiny towels… not such if they forgot to leave bigger ones or this was their policy. The room I stayed in was so noisy I could hardly sleep. They put us by a door that was used by a lot of people — and since the door into our room had a gap under it , we could hear everything…. Talking, the door opening and shutting….so yes the rooms are great and very comfortable but ask for a quiet room.

Doesn’t live up to its reputation

Upgraded to Marriott. Comfortable room and bed, good breakfast

Check in staff seem to be perfunctory in their role and not representative of a hotel chain of this level. Check I. Was delayed over an hour and a half due to technical problems. Considering this, not a drink of water/ coffee etc was offered with sincere apologies. We gave up and left our bags and ended up having to check in Kate that night.

Convenient high quality hotel for a quiet overnight stay at Frankfurt International Airport.

Once I found the hotel at Frankfurt airport check in was easy. Perfect for a late night flight arrival and a very early morning train journey as the hotel is right next to both.

I hadn’t realised it was in a separate terminal from where I flew in so getting there on the shuttle bus took a while and then signs directing people to the hotel were not obvious. I had to ask for directions.

Air-Port is convenient Room, just ok, no bath tub Big ques during check in. I am stying this hotel amost from 1999. Lifts are very poor and very slow now.

Professional place for a stop over during travels

This is what I like about airport hotels: Highest degree of professionalism. Everything is thought and developed to make travellers life easier. The room had even an office corner with desk, where you could work. And this at a quite low rate!

The reception: endless queues all day long, you really have to wait a long time. And, although the staff was very professional and forthcoming, they did not speak German - in Frankfurt. Not a problem for me, but still puzzling.

The location and the bed quality is great!

The best decision after coming from a long time flight!

They gave me an upgrade and I stayed at the Marriot Hotel. It was really good to become this upgrade. The hotel is also really good. I had a great night sleep and so did my mom, that was coming from a long journey of flight. It wasn’t my first time and also won’t be my last one.

The breakfast could be a bit better for the people who eat gluten and lactose free. Not being able to have the cappuccino with oat milk made me sad.

The check-in process took forever with a long queue but the friendly staff made up for it with coffee vouchers The gym was under construction and the spare gym was poor The prices for food and drinks are airport prices. They are a bit ridiculous

The facilities and location are good, but room for improvement on staff training and the booking system.

Good location

We booked two rooms under one pre-paid booking via a booking platform, but the check-in staff was only able to retrieve info for one room. The same happened to another family we travel together. It wasted us a lot of time and particularly frustrating as the other family was travelling with kids and it was near midnight.

Location and Ambience.

Floors are big and long walks to the rooms located at the end. Also breakfast is good but staff are under pressure as they start to tell customers to leave as soon it hits 10:00 am and are almost removed at 10:30 am. At least guests should be allowed to finish meals.
