Convenient transit hotel but overpriced

A lovely stay at the airport!

Loved the window, comfy bed, and quiet hall! The coffee and tea station was lovely as well, and the shower was nice and warm.

The all in one soap did not make my hair happy. I also had trouble finding food options nearby.

In transit area, well priced for the location.

The rooms are small. Also, I needed to enter the transit area to access the hotel, and I could not do so with my large travel bag, as it was too large to enter the transit area. If you can’t check your large bag the night before, and your have it with you, then you have to put it in luggage storage overnight, as you can’t enter the transit area with anything larger than a carry on. That was a bit of a bummer, but if you are on an overnight layover and do not have a large bag this would be convenient.

Overnight Comfort at FRA

Love the convenience of a terminal hotel for an overnight transit at the airport! Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. Front desk staff were friendly as well. Would definitely stay again!

Last minute perfect solution with great view!

Location is perfect, clean rooms, great view :-) staff very nice, polite, professional and very helpful. It was an emergency, my flight was cancelled, and my next flight was very early in the morning. MyCloud was simply perfect for my need, just a bit expensive, but overall very good!

Did the job.

I booked the Lounge for convenience being on an extended lay over. Everything was fine as I have indicated but I hadn't realised just how compact 2 people in 10 sq metres. Eyes wide open next time so for the cost we would consider airport hotel options.

For 2 people it was cramped. I love my partner but more privacy for showers and toilet would be better.

The rooms are very nice but unfortunately the airport itself closes around 10pm each day so there are no facilities for dinner in any nearby food facilities for those that arrive later. Breakfast however is available as the airport reopens by 5 am.

Easy to find, clean room and great service!

Clean room. I’m a stickler about having a clean room — especially when it’s a transient hotel and you’re not sure about what’s on people‘s bags or shoes (as in what is it beg bugs, etc). It was easy to find at the airport — and I had never been to the Frankfurt airport before. Most importantly, the manager, Marcel, went above and beyond and helping me out. When I booked online, I misread the hours I needed to stay. I needed a 8am to 8pm — and accidentally booked the opposite. I arrived at the hotel at 7 AM exhausted after a nine hour flight. I was worried the hotel would be booked up and I wouldn’t be able to stay. Marcel simply said with a smile, “let me see your passport and ticket — just give me everything.” he noticed my birthday was the next day. I mentioned I was turning 40 and traveling to South Africa. Not only did he secure my room for the day, after I woke up from my nap, I opened my door and found that he left two small bottles of sparking wine with a Happy 40th Birthday message. He took time out to do this and days later, I’m still touched and grateful for what Marcel did. If I stopped through Frankfurt again, I will definitely stay here. Above and beyond service by a very sweet gentleman.

With a long flight and long layover, it’s worth it!

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. A little pricey but not enough to prevent staying there. We got much needed rest after a 11 hr flight with an additional 7 hr layover.

Easy Check-in. The small room had everything we needed for one night.It was clean and cosy.

The room was extremely small for two people. One had to be in bed or in the shower while the other one changed. Interesting experience. The bed had only one blanket which was too small for two. Ask for a second one.
