Very comfortable.

Near Frankfurt Airport and very convenient, but when we there there’s a construction at the airport and the sky trail was not working. But all is a nice hotel.

Convenient and comfortable hotel for Frankfurt airport.

The location is very practical - we came to Frankfurt by plane and the hotel is really right at the train station. We were flying internationally the next morning, and it was an easy walk to the terminal. The hotel room was very comfortable and we had a lovely - if pricey - dinner at the nearby Hilton.

Convenient

Of course the reason you stay here is convenience for flights and onward trains. Fabulous supermarket with ready made meal options downstairs (pity it closed early on 31 Dec during my stay and my only option was slice of pizza at a takeaway open only to 9pm as Hilton restaurant was therefore slammed and no tables available - bar snacks only - Mgmt needed to co-ordinate that better with supermarket). Otherwise Hilton does the job. Everything worked well.

Great location before departure from airport

Great location walking distance to airport and train station. Wireless phone chargers were a nice tough. Wireless internet is free of charge and works well.

I’d rather pay a few dollars more for the room and have a complementary bottle of water. It just seems cheap.

Clean, quiet overnight stay

Clean, quiet place to spend the night between travel legs.

When you specifically request NOT to be next to the elevator, it would be appreciated if the staff didn't give you the room directly next to it, so that after 12 hours of travel, you have to return to the lobby and try to get another room. Not kind, and not helpful.

Perfect stay for travelers

It’s so convenient when you have a flight first thing in the morning…you literally walk indoors all the way to and from the airport! It’s a nice hotel for the price, and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Great stopover

It was clean, quiet and at the very convinient location. I have recieved the best customer service out of all my Hilton stays. All of the front desk reps were very proffessional and went above and beyound to assist and accomodate my needs.

The additional security deposit has yet to be refunded after three days.

The television circuit breaker was off and had to be reset by maintenance. The remote was extremely dirty between the buttons.

Horrible.

Breakfast was good.

The room stunk, carpet was wet and the bed was uncomfortable. Booked twin but coach not made up at arrival. Couch was uncomfortable too.

Disappointing for the Price

Clean room , good shower....near terminal one (If needed) some breakfast items where ok... Ok if you are needing terminal one and not looking for anything very special.

I was expecting a higher standard for the price, but several things fell short. There was no free water in the room(only a few which you can buy for 5:50 euros), no bathrobe (which other airport hotels often provide), and the bed was quite hard. Breakfast felt rushed due to overcrowding, and when I got up to get another coffee, my table was about to be taken by someone else. I also noticed used handkerchiefs on the floor outside my room, they were cleaned quickly, but it left a bad impression. Finally, I didn’t realise Terminal 2 was a bus ride away, which made things less convenient. Overall, not impressed with the standard for the cost. They really need to have maple syrup for the waffles! and it's make your own waffle...so my attempt was rather suspect lol - see image

Worst hotel

Location is good

Absolutely worst hospitality. Large hotel but shortage of staff at front desk. No clarity how to handle customers. In rooms no coffee /tea maker available whereas on booking it’s mentioned it’s available. You can’t get a glass of hot water in whole hotel building. In room hot water was not coming in shower. I complained and explained to 5 people 15 times to fix the hot water problem but it took 36hrs to pay attention. Overall very worst experience. I will never visit or recommend to book this hotel.

Stay was ok - I will never stay at this location again though.

Getting to the location was very though and the directions in google maps and Apple Maps bring you to the site but not in a way you can park. I called the front desk and tried them 6 times and they never answered. I asked for some form of compensation and they refused. Terrible service and I a ma Hilton Honors member. Don't stay at this location, very tough to park and get to even though in the airport.

It was very hot and no AC in the restaurant, lobby or lounges. The rooms had good AC which was good but it was hard to relax anywhere else as no AC. Not good customer services.

Perfect location for terminal 1, clean but too expensive and lacking attention to detail

Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Airport terminal 1. Comfortable beds and pillows.

No attention to detail whatsoever. We book for 2 adults and a child only to be faced with a sofa that we needed to turn into a bed. The bathroom had 3 dispensers 2 for body wash and one for conditioner. No shampoo. Way too expensive for what it offers which is usually less than 12 hours of stay for most travellers.

A place where we needed it when we needed it.

The hotel was right at the airport where we needed to be. The building houses a variety of hotels and various levels and once we dropped of the rental we could walk through the airport facility to get to our hotel without going outside. The facilities in the airport building (mall) were plentiful and everything you could want. Had dinner at the german restuarant and it was great.

I found the front desk staff to be a bit unhelpful in their attitude but it was minor.
