Great stay in a great location with excellent facilities

The room was much bigger than expected which was wonderful and very well furnished and clean. No faults at all, the breakfast was great the scrambled eggs were awesome!! its location is both perfect for flights and in mu case trains, it was a brilliant jumping off place and also a final night before returning home

The wi-fi was slow without taking the payment version and the lifts were slightly slow as at least 1 or maybe 2 were out of service but these are minor points

Comfortable hotel that’s convenient for the airport or trains

Bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom was a good size. The restaurant for dinner was pretty nice, but breakfast was excellent. Great location as it’s walking distance to the terminal or the terminal shuttle bus, or the trains, and there are plenty of food places and supermarkets outside the hotel

The hotel felt a bit soulless, but I suppose that’s to be expected for an airport hotel. The restaurant was super busy when I went for dinner and there weren’t enough staff. Lots of people waiting a long time for tables or food. But I have to say the staff handled it well

Relaxing, Comfortable and Convenient access to airport

The property is amazing and it very nice for those traveling through Frankfurt airport. I stay here on all my trip going through Frankfurt.

As you come to the 3rd floor elevator I was unsure which way to go. A sign would be nice coming out of the 11 floor elevator

We stay an average of 2X per year. Location is perfect with good restaurants and important stores.

Theyt did not initially assign nearby room for my wife and I. Then changed when we asked. Had to move luggage.

I arrive and they gave me a room that someone had been smoking in my. I rang the reception but twice it rang out so I rang guest services and it rang out, mind you it was 9.30pm but I could see the supervisor in the back office who on both occasions didn’t pick the phone up. The room they gave me was very average.

The shower! It’s hard to believe is such a newish quality property they could have designed such a poor shower. It’s in the bath tub and the angle of the end it steep (for laying in) but the shower head is not adjustable and faces down. So you can’t stand under the water flow due to the angle of the bath. First world problems I know, but worth mentioning.

Just what I needed

Location is amazing, I was getting an early flight next day and so stepping off the train to the hotel was great. I decided to browse the shops in the Squaire, and that was nice to get a bite.

There was noisy construction when I checked in, although it did fade by end of the day. The lobby is strangely hot and not air conditioned.

The reception team was so patient and kind. Did everything that we can have rooms next to our kids. The rooms are super clean and luxurious.

Modern airport hotel in a great location with friendly and accommodating staff

We had a one night layover in Frankfurt, so the hotel was very convenient. We arrived at 5:30 am, but check in time was 3:00 pm. The staff gave us access to the business lounge and then came up to get us at around 10:00 am to tell us our room was ready. We did an early check in fee. We had a junior suite, which was large. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants, a Starbucks, supermarket and pharmacy (all part of the airport) The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I highly recommend staying here if you are flying to or from Frankfurt Airport.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. The room was very nice and so comfortable, no issues. Breakfast was great, with everything that a buffet breakfast should offer.

It was extremely hot in the lobby and bar area. They had big portable air conditioning units, but it was still too hot.

Strong Cigarette Smell

It is located directly inside the Frankfurt Airport

Arrived into a room that smelled heavily of cigarette. Immediately Went back downstairs to inform staff. Was told initially that they would send housekeeping up. No! We demanded a new room! Was assigned a new room which was ok. Except for the point that this second room had a high step into bathtub for a shower. After a 13+ hour flight we were very tired and only wanted a clean room. We have stayed here many times over the years gluing in and out of Germany and this has happened before. If it were not for its excellent location, we would stay elsewhere.
