It is a nice room walkable from the gates. The price reflects that.

Checkin not friendly, no Hhonor breakfast offered only on request. Breakfast experience terrible, no utensils, no cleared tables. Cold air blows into neck old all night. No space to open luggage.

You can’t beat the location. The rooms are clean and modern. It’s physically above the Frankfurt am Main Flughafen Fernbahnhof which is the intercity train station. The hotel is within

We arrived really early, and were able to pay for an early check in (like 8am). The room was great, really clean, and comfy bed. It was an easy walk over from the airport, and the staff were really friendly.

Always courteous staff, clean hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room, extremely quiet. It is at the airport and there is ZERO noise. Great breakfast.

Desk staff was helpful getting us to grab a Taxi at 4:45 AM to get to Terminal 2. I only got about 3 hours of sleep. German beds seem to all be about the softness of wet particle board and this one was no exception. Somewhat convenient to the airport bit requires a lot of walking and escalators. I would imagine an offsite hotel with a shuttle bus might be easier. I doubt I’ll ever need to fly into Frankfurt again, but this could be a consideration for others. Better for Terminal 1.

The hotel is great, the food is great, and the staff are excellent! The big issue is that two of the three elevators were out of service, resulting in VERY LONG delays, and lines of people snaking across the lobby. No problem you say, just take the stairs. Well, for reasons I can’t comprehend, that was forbidden! I’m surprised the remaining elevator was still working given that people had to cram into it like a clown car at the circus, or the Paris Metro during rush hour.

Hotels.com sucks a bag of dicks. The interface gave the wrong date and this hotel was really annoying about changing it. They eventually did.

I had had a bad fail earlier in the day so could barely walk. T was given an accessible room plus they had a wheelchair to take me to and from my room. I appreciated there care and concern.

So convenient to the transportation options, easy to get to the trains and back into the airport terminals. Convenient for dining options in the terminal and shopping the stores. Breakfast had so many choices and well cooked. Room was clean, bathroom had a great shower.

Unplanned flight cancellation. This hotel is located in walking distance and had the best price of all colocated hotels. The room was perfect for the night.

Matress was hard and very uncomfortable. Seitches turned off some lughts but not all but dis turn off outlets which made it uncomfortable using my sleep apnea machine. Sink in the bathroom with a huge lip in front made it hard to brush my teeth. Looked good but comfort is really bad
