Check in Process was satisfied with me. But I could not find Slipper and Bathrobes in my room. In Checkout time, I asked manager about this problem. She said that she can provide those things if I wish. But I did hear this information during check in. So I wish that they say detail about information in check in.

i found a dirty towel a little one in the room even though the workers told me the room was clean . I was just entering my room for the first time and thr fiest thing i saw is a dirty towel with brown spots in it . sorry but for the price that i payed like almost 400€ i found it very sad and dissapointing . it was my 3 time there and for sure not comi g back after this .

Room ok but shower didn't work. Too tired after a 16hour flight to deal with that. The next morning i addressed it and they changed my room. Had to move and then the key to the new room would not work.... Eventually sorted but by now i had to rush around for my next flight.

Not enough front staff to take care of the incoming guests. I was never told but it took 20 min to check. I had a reservation and the hotel had my credit card. I was not the only guest frustrated and tired while waiting to check in.
