Kitchen was too small

It was cheap
It was pretty dirty and only aircon was in hallway no fans in bedrooms

the bedrooms were a good size. beds were comfy and clean. good parking space
shower curtain was mouldy as was the seel of the fridge

centrally located with everything close by like grocery stores, fuel stations, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants and public transport
The place is not suitable for people with young children and old people who can’t climb stairs.
Kitchen hasn’t got basic stuff like dishwashing liquid, kitchen paper towels.
Has a lot of furniture which isn’t required and place is cluttered. The fans and Air Con need cleaning, they are very very dusty.
Toilet door is very hard to close and needs to be looked at. Proper shower head is expected in place and a non slip mat is required in the bath tub for safety as the place is too small.
