Excellent location. Clean. Had what we needed
Externally controlled floor vent air conditioning was so uncomfortably chilled. It switched off at some point during the night Friday. But it was left on all through the night on Saturday. Extremely cold. It would be good to leave information about how to have this adjusted or a contact number if needing to discuss how to have temperature controlled or air conditioning was switched off.

Location very central
light in main bedroom not working, thankfully there was a lamp. It might be handy to know inadvance that there are 29 steps to the first floor room. It was a struggle with my suitcase.

Location - v convenient for buses, central station only a short walk and Broadway Mall and Central Park close for supermarket and shops.
Noisy - can hear every movement on the street outside. Musty smell in bedroom - not sure if to do with age of property or some damp ness from the small room next door. Air con in room didn't work - had one in the other small room - had to leave door open and wait for it to drift into room with bed.
