Le système patio reste très bruyant et le Ryad et loin du centre animé.

I stayed at the property with my three sisters, so we were four in total. The riad was comfortable and spacious, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on the three upper floors. Downstairs a spacious living area with a huge couch, a dining table, kitchen and toilet. There is also rooftop terrace. The riad is in a gated residential area with a couple of small supermarkets, four or five snacks/restaurants and a couple of shops. There’s also an ATM. The three swimming pools were a big plus! We especially liked the calm pool which was perfect for us. The riad, although a little dated, was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, there was airconditioning throughout, and everything we needed in the kitchen (although we had all our meals outside so didn’t cook at all). There are plenty of taxi drivers waiting at the entrance if needed, although the Medina was just across the road and you can easily walk to the souks. Jemaa el-Fna square was about a 30 minute walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if I went back to Marrakesh! Real value for money.

There was nothing not to like.

It’s a good family home .Me and my family felt very comfortable thanks to Fekri. He welcomed us at the gates and was very accommodating.

L'emplacement est top, accès à la médina à pied. La proximité de commerce et de restaurant dans la résidence est un vrai plus. Les petits-déjeuners de chez Samir sont excellents et les Thé et Café de chez Aziz également. La réactivité du personnel d'accueil est appréciable.

Concernant le Ryad, une amélioration de la literie (les matelas) et des sanitaires (les douches, pas de pression) serait un plus et une rénovation de la cuisine également.
