Need to carry luggage as no vehicle access

This is an older Riad that is located in a part of the Medina where it seems many locals live and is a little hard to reach with luggage.

The room was very small. Only a very short distance from the foot of the bed to the door. We had rain recently so all of the cushions and carpets were put away and that made the place look a little bare but is understandable.

Our stay was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and the room was comfortable and beautifully maintained. What made the experience truly special was that the accommodation was a traditional Moroccan house, very cozy and full of charm, which allowed us to truly experience the authentic atmosphere of the city. The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and always willing to help. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. The area felt very safe, and the location was ideal—just a short 5-minute walk to the main souks, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable stay.

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

We liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful. The common areas of riad were beautiful and clean. It was quiet - no street noise.

The room held a lot of moisture in the air. It always felt humid. The bathroom doesn’t have a shower wall or curtain between the toilet and the shower - the toilet was wet after each shower. There were no hooks to hang the towels to dry.
