Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très réactif ( on a eu besoin d'une baby-sitter, il nous en a trouvé une instantanément ) L'emplacement est parfait avec toutes les commodités à proximité immédiate ( magasins, restaurants,cafés...) Parking gratuit et sécurisé. La propreté nickel. On reviendra avec plaisir !

Perfect for families! Perfect for value! Perfect for the conveniences! Perfect for security! And, we especially loved the various shops, cafe's/restaurants, stores, and services downstairs, which were unique the someone from the United States! To those who might not understand the setup and/or the situation, realize that this is a traditional home/riad. For all intents & purposes, this will be your own place if you decide on renting the entire house. Respect it as such. Do not expect Americanized standards. Nevertheless, you will get normal & basic utilities such as hot & cold running showers, AC, toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, dishes, soaps, etc. Enjoy!

Master bedroom did not have a functioning AC, but immediately after informing the owner, she got on the ball & fixed the issue. Basically, the coil froze over & it needed refrigerant/freon. It was an easy fix. Like I said, the owner was on top of it virtually immediately. Thank you ma'am! We appreciated the service!

El riad super bonito, muy grande para compartir con amigos o familia grande..Hanane, la dueña, super atenta y muy amable.Sin duda repetiriamos.💯×💯 recomendable

Por poner algo ,que esta a 20 minutos andando de la pace Jemaa el fna,, es un paseo entre tiendecitas.
