Absolutely worth it. Owners are sweeetest, very well accommodating. Google Map doesn’t take you to the exact point so if you have to check in very late, be mindful of making contact early. But because the owners are super helpful, they accommodated us very well. Breakfast yummy and they gave us extra crepe when asked for. Souks, Jama el Fanaa, Bacha cafe, Jardin cafe at 5-10mins walk. We walked pretty much most of the other places as well since it becomes handy. Extremely central location. Again if coming back to Riad late (later than 09pm) be mindful a few doors may close in market and Google Map may not be helpful but that happened with us once only and we were late to 1030 that night.

Despite of pretty much facilities, cleanest room I have ever seen, a few things were missing e.g no soap/shampoo in bathroom. Room had AC but weren’t allowed/given remote and were told it’s needed only from May onwards. But there is a fan in room and that helped but in case you are not used to 20degrees at night without AC.

Salima is very nice and helpful. It is a nice experience to stay in a riad. The location is very good, you are close to Jemma El Fna and you are inside the Medina, but in a nice and quiet place. We walk also late in the evening and we all the time felt safe. The breakfast is a traditional one.

There is not much space for storage (we were 3 in a room, in a double room it might be different). The breakfast is repetitive, so even if is good a little variation would be appreciated.

Access and proximity to Medina, clean and newly renovated room, albeit small with 3 beds and no cupboard/wardrobe. Quiet neighbourhood

Bit disappointed to find the bathroom outside the rented room accessible only by going outside and crossing the roof terrace , not very convenient by night and rain!! Plumbing in bathroom of poor performance, no shampoo nor shower gel supplied. Bathroom could do with upgrade. Asked owner for help in contacting agency as pick up for booked excursion was not forthcoming…… but no help. All in all I had expected more for the price paid and the reviews listed.
