We only stayed in this riad for one night, and for one night, it was okay. ,The location of the riad is perfect, so I'd say that's its biggest advantage over other places in the similar price range. Also, the bathrooms were really clean, so that's a plus as well.

I think that the level of comfort in this riad depends very much on the room you're placed in. We got the one on the roof, so it was super hot. Yes, there is an AC, but the room is very small, so we couldn't leave the AC on throughout the whole night as we were sleeping just under it. Also, there was a huge discrepancy in the cleanness of the bathrooms and of our room. While the bathrooms were really clean, the room was not. Overall, I still think it's a good value for the money, but I'd bring the pillowcases and the bedsheets the next time. Also, no towels, so make sure to bring your own.

Really beautiful spaces

The terrace is definitely the highlight. From the terrace you have a good view of the medina and the palace. We also met three new people in the evening on the terrace and had a lovely evening chatting with them.

There is only one toilet shared by potentially 10 people on the same floor. So during peak hours it can be a bit crowded

Mixed experience, but resolved professionally. My girlfriend and I stayed at this riad from February 17 to February 20. During our stay, we experienced bites during the night, and after returning home I developed an allergic reaction that required medical attention. After reporting the issue, the management took responsibility, apologized, and handled the situation by providing compensation. I appreciate their effort to resolve the matter and their willingness to address the problem. I hope the issue has now been fully resolved for future guests.
