Riad with Swimming Pools

Great location. Around 20min walk to the main medina. Very clean property. There were a few restaurants on site which did lovely traditional Moroccan breakfasts. The pizzas in one of them were very good! There is also a shop and it’s open very late. Taxi very easy to come by and there was always someone there. Cost around 80-100MAD. One thing I would mention is that local taxi drivers weren’t sure on the address. We took a picture of the sign to the entrance which when we showed taxi drivers they knew exactly where to go. Very chilled environment which we were thankful for after a busy day exploring. Would definitely recommend here. There was a hairdryer but we couldn’t get it to work as it wasn’t a European plug. Not a problem but maybe bring one if you visit. There are lots of cats aswell! We loved them! Very cute and we’re no problem!

The swimming pool is very very busy! We visited in the height of the summer and it’s not open on Fridays which we already knew about. There are 3 pools. 1 which is shallower for smaller kids. 1 that is for bigger kids and 1 for adults only. Very few sunbeds. It wasn’t very relaxing and only used 3 times during our week stay. The local children were very wild with lots of splashing and jumping in aggressively which is fine but there were still smaller children in the pool. Lifeguards didn’t seem too bothered with them behaving like they did. Children weren’t allowed in the adult pool at all even if they just sat on the side which was a shame.

EVERYTHING! The location within the Qarya Siyahiya (Toursitic Village) gives it a magical sense of small secure community yet very close to everything. Very safe for families, business few footsteps from the Riad from convenience store to travel agencies to pharmacy. Wonderful Riad, a dream come true. I cannot wait to come back.

Everything was perfect. I cannot think of anything that I did not like. The location, the house, the staff, the communication...everything was professional, clean and memorable. Thank you all.

Le style est épuré...fait avec beaucoup de goût et d'attention .j'aime bien ce toucher oriental sans surcharge .

Juste pour rentre les lieu Parfait,le lit double est dur contrairement aux lits simples .La cuisine reste à améliorer et le carlage du sol est vraiment basique.

The riad is very pretty, in a secure urbanisation and the manager, Khadija, is helpful and friendly.

All 3 bedrooms have Aircon but only 1 has a new unit that works properly, an LG unit. The other two barely function. The floor and the kitchen was dirty on our arrival. One bathroom window was broken, and hanging down open, so we had to cover the window with a towel when we showered so that the windows opposite were obscured. The urbanisation was OK - it's actually a residential complex so the pool was jammed every day with unsupervised children. 3 young boys also knocked on our door one evening begging for money.
