Riad Serenity Palmeraie

The property was absolutely beautiful and full of character. Each bedroom had its own floor and en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Very spacious riad. Really liked the roof terrace too. Ahmed was so helpful and always responded to any questions we had and made us feel very welcome. There were taxis available right outside the residence which made it so easy getting to the medina and other places. Very friendly people and we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come again. When we arrived, I couldn’t get my ESIM to work so couldn’t contact Ahmed to let him know the time we were arriving. Security really helped us with this and it was all sorted quickly. The WiFi is really good on all floors of the riad. There are shops and restaurants, souvenir places, cash points, massage place, barbers and hairdressers all on sight which is great. Thoroughly recommend this riad. The only thing we didn’t like was having to come back home as we had such a fantastic holiday.

The swimming pools did get very busy from around 11:30am, so we made sure we got there for 9:30am most days when it was lovely and quiet.

1. Затворен комплекс с охрана което с три деца си е огромен плюс имаше ресторанти и магазини които работеха до късно до 1:00 часа. 2. Къщата е страхотна широка с три спални всяка на отделен етаж със собствена баня. Имаше тераса за отдих. Има климатици във всяко помещение. 3. Чисто. 4. Недалеч от забележителностите, за тези с деца има таксита на входа на комплекса. 5. Ахмед който ни посрещна беше много отзивчив и ни помогна да се настаним и ориентираме. Постоянно беше на разположение. Още при пристигането имахме нужда да се вземе нещо за децата от магазина и ни го донесе до 30 минути докато се настаним. 6. Имахме проблеми с телефоните и приложенията но ни съдействаха да не си изпуснем екскурзиите. Всички са много любезни и винаги ще ти помогнат. 7. Има басейн достъпът е с електронна карта която получаваш при настаняване. 8. Има Wi-fi което беше огромен плюс с нашите перипетии с телефоните.
