Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location! Very nice rooms and an amazing breakfast. If we had any requests or questions there was always someone there to help us.
Overall the rooms were nice. However in 2 out of our 3 rooms the AC did not work properly and the beds are quite hard. We also missed the availability to make coffee or tea in our rooms.

Fantastic location and it felt like an oasis in the labyrinth of the Medina. The room was nice and the breakfast was okay.
Our first interaction with the host was to organise a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. We were told €18 fixed price no negotiations. We spoke to the staff at the previous hotel about this transfer and they said we should pay no more than 50DH (€5). There was a chap who took our bags down a few streets to the hotel but there is no way that's going to cost much more.
Every other hotel we have stayed at in Morocco has been incredibly generous and we did not once feel like we were being ripped off.
It's a shame this hotel is different.
