The riad itself is beautiful. The staff were all very welcoming, helpful, and respectful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Abdul at reception who was especially kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere felt warm and safe as a solo traveller, and the location was convenient for exploring Marrakech.
Honestly, there was very little not to like. Occasionally the WiFi could be a bit slow, but it did not affect my overall experience at all.

Breakfast was better than good,
Staff so helpful (took us to the store and sorted mobile chips) and and
Parked car 5 minutes walk from Riad
Bathroom - hot water good, dodgy sink taps, loo draining water all 3 days,
only curtain seperation
street parking looked so iffy - saw no cameras but no damage.

It was a nice location, just outside the hustle and bustle of the market, but easy to walk to in a few minutes. The staff were kind and the breakfast was good.
We were overcharged for the city fee; it’s was listed as 2.50 euro per person online, but we were charged 250 mad or 25 euro for 5 people. We also had a city walking tour organized through the hotel and it was ok, but it was not communicated that we had to pay in cash upfront (120 euro for 3 hours) as there was no credit card machine and then we also had to pay for all the sites we entered.
