Riad Livia Marrakech - Adults Only

Overall, I had a good stay at the Riad. The hotel itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff truly stood out, providing exceptional service throughout my visit. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Privacy is questionable! You must feel comfortable being treated like family next door. Breakfast was wonderful. The location is a major advantage, as it is close to many attractions and convenient once you arrive. However, getting to the hotel was more difficult than expected, and the immediate surrounding area was not very appealing or easy to navigate. Despite the challenges with access and the surrounding neighborhood, the quality of the hotel and the outstanding service made it a stay I would recommend.

Such a sweet staff and wonderful service. Everything was a 10/10!

Our stay at Riad Livia was absolutely amazing. We experienced great hospitality from all the staff members. Especially Simo, Yousef and Mohammad. They were all very pleasant, polite and professional. From our first day Simo and Yousef were very attentive to our needs. They answered all of our questions, gave great advice, guidance and recommendations. It’s a beautiful Riad, with a lovely atmosphere. Truly wonderful customer service! Thank you Simo, Yousef & everyone at Riad Livia!

What an incredible experience at this little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Amazing location in the centre of all the action. The staff were wonderful - special thanks to Youssef and Mohammed for their kindness and hospitality. I loved the food - wow. The breakfast was a wonderful way to wake up and the couscous was so so delicious! Had a beautiful massage, with actual pressure - something that is difficult to find away from home. All the details make this place so special. The garden, the seating areas, the textiles, the decor, the linens, the wonderfully-scented shampoo and lotions. Thank you for a memorable stay - can’t wait to return!
