Riad Livia Marrakech - Adults Only

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Riad and honestly could not have wished for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and hospitality. The Riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and full of authentic charm — the perfect place to relax and enjoy Morocco. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service from Mohamed and Jusuf. They went above and beyond every single day to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Both were always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. No request was ever too much, and they always helped us with a smile. They made us feel more like friends than guests. Mohammed was incredibly helpful with recommendations, organization, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Jusuf was equally fantastic — always positive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. These two are a huge reason why this place feels so special. The breakfast was also absolutely incredible — easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had during a trip. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. Every morning was something we genuinely looked forward to. The atmosphere, the food, the service, and the people were all exceptional. This was easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we would return without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended!!!

The staff are so accomodating and we felt very welcome. The rooms are clean and the public areas smelt wonderful.

Riad Livia is a beautiful and authentic Moroccan riad with a peaceful atmosphere, stunning courtyard, and very friendly staff. The inside of the hotel is much more beautiful than the outside streets around it. One important thing to know is that the riad is deep inside the old medina near Jemaa el-Fnaa, where the streets are very narrow and crowded, and taxis cannot reach the hotel area. You should expect a lot of walking, It can also be inconvenient for arranging transportation or tours. However, if you enjoy walking and exploring the medina on foot, then this is actually a very good hotel and a great authentic Marrakech experience.

What an incredible experience at this little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Amazing location in the centre of all the action. The staff were wonderful - special thanks to Youssef and Mohammed for their kindness and hospitality. I loved the food - wow. The breakfast was a wonderful way to wake up and the couscous was so so delicious! Had a beautiful massage, with actual pressure - something that is difficult to find away from home. All the details make this place so special. The garden, the seating areas, the textiles, the decor, the linens, the wonderfully-scented shampoo and lotions. Thank you for a memorable stay - can’t wait to return!
