The photos genuinely don't do this place justice. This was one of the most beautiful spots we found anywhere on the Isle of Skye — the view was out every single window, peaceful and wild all at once. The cabin itself was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and clearly cared for. The real highlight, though, was our host — he had fresh-caught langoustines cooked and laid out on a beautiful platter waiting for us when we arrived. It was such a warm, thoughtful welcome, and honestly one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip to Scotland. Bonus tip for future guests: there's a cluster of honesty boxes at the end of the road — worth the walk (or short drive) for fresh local treats! This was truly our favorite part of our time on Skye. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Everything is perfect. Beware of potholes otw to the cabin. Having washing machine is a big plus for me.

The view was amazing, John was very accommodating and informative with directions about how to get there which was greatly appreciated. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay
