Fantastic location within city walls.

Location Host provided many extras and was very kind on check in - milk, snacks, drinks

Noisy traffic. Bed is a Murphy bed, not very comfortable. Thicker softer pillows would be nice.

Great place to stay to discover close by scenic views from the edge of the town in a comfortable studio.

We really liked the fact that the property had everything essential you would have at home plus extra things too. We were in need of washing clothes so having access to a washing machine and dryer was handy. The host Stefano was very kind and picked us up and delivered us to the station.

Super host gave us rides to and from the train station. For a small kitchen it's both well equipped and stocked. Even the knives are sharp! Huge selection of snacks. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment and generous host

The most generous and obliging host. Stefan even drive an extra 20 mins to pick us up when train doors didn’t open in Orvieto. The nicest, most well renovated and decorated apartment we’ve stayed in, generous welcome gift and stocked pantry. Laundry too. Perfect historic old town location.

Nothing about the property- excellent in every way. But perhaps 3 days was enough to do everything in Orvieto

I recommend it to everyone

The owner is very welcoming and willing to help. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bed. The heating works well, this is important in winter. Good location in the medieval quarter, close to the center.

This was my second time in Orvieto and I would glad stay at Alla Cava again.

This is a beautiful studio apartment located away from the hub bub of Corso Cavour. It has a well equipped kitchen. I ended up having dinner at the apartment every day. I felt like I was living in Orvieto! Stefano is also a very gracious host.

Fabulous Stay in Orvieto

This is a spectacular studio apartment! It was so clean and Stefano provided welcome drinks and snacks! He even picked us up from the train station (and we were late), and then showed us where to park a rental car and even gave us a parking pass to use. He then took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked! The apartment was just perfect with a cute little balcony and even a washing machine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a decent meal. I totally recommend staying at Stefano’s apartment! He’s a wonderful and gracious host!

Super comfortable and clean apartment. Kitchen is well equipped and the equipments are great quality. I can only recommend this lovely place. The host, Stefano is really nice, explains everything, and gave us a ride from the train station to the apartment.

Fabulous space; suoerb amenities; great location; friendly host. Highly recommended!

One of the best apartments we’ve found in our seven weeks in Italy. We knew we were in for a treat when we found a bottle of wine, two small bottles of Prosecco, two small bottles of Heineken, and two cans of Coca-Cola waiting for us in the fridge. Great welcome! The space design in this small but versatile space is fantastic. The small kitchen comes fully equipped with a four burner gas stove, dishwasher, mid-size fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, pod coffee maker and small microwave. There is a full range of new pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery plates, bowls etc. We cooked three dinners during our stay and lacked for nothing in the preparation. The small living room is cozy, especially in the early morning and evening when you can open the doors to the small balcony. One of the coolest features is the Murphy Bed. The mattress is superb, and there are great pillows stored away so you’re able to find one that suits your preference (such a nice touch). We had fantastic sleeps here, aided by the whisper quiet AC unit. The shower is has great pressure and endless hot water. The wifi is excellent, and the apartment is well located to shops, restaurants and various sites of interest. There is a washing machine located directly across the hall, complete with washing tabs - a real treat! And Stefano is a great host; very responsive and helpful. At 260€ for four nights this is a great deal - highly recommended.

Small but comfortable and very well appointed apartment close to the centre of Orvieto. Excellent shower. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Stefano the owner was friendly and helpful.

Lovely studio in the center of Orvieto

Stefano was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up with his car and lead us to the studio. There it was really clean and cute. Also prosecco, beers and wine for Free, which is really Nice. Grazie!

Come a casa propria... a Orvieto!

Stefano è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ha atteso all'uscita autostradale, accompagnandoci al parcheggio e successivamente all'appartamento, che si è rivelato pulito, ben riscaldato, munito di ogni necessità e di tutto l'occorrente per la prima colazione e per il pranzo/cena. Ci ha anche permesso di lasciare la stanza all'orario desiderato, venendoci in contro con naturalezza. Non avremmo potuto scegliere di meglio per una tappa nella bellissima cittadina di Orvieto! Speriamo di tornare quanto prima!

到着時間を知らせると、駅まで車で迎えに来てくれた。アパートについた時の、部屋、キッチン等の説明が丁寧だった。タオル類を余分にお願いしたら、すぐに届けてくれた。搾りたてのオリーブオイルを届けてくれたので、新鮮なオリーブ油で、パスタ料理を楽しんだ。香りも味も最高！アパートは旧市街のはずれに位置していたので、観光客の喧騒にも悩まされず、静かに過ごせた。来年もぜひ泊まりたい。
