Friendly owner, outstanding terrace to sit outside in the evening.

Some of the restaurants in walking distance had very limited opening hours in off season - not the owners fault of course, but still something to be aware off.

Amazing view at a great apartment

Our stay at Alla Foce del Magra was fantastic, and back home we are still thinking back to the apartment with its beautiful terrace with a lot of fondness. We coordinated our arrival with Stefano via WhatsApp, and everything was very uncomplicated. Stefano was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived and explained to us everything we needed to know. We were able to park the car directly in front of the house and also our dog was a very welcome guest at the apartment. The apartment is very clean and includes everything you need. There is a nice walking path towards Bocca del Magra with a beach an plenty of restaurants to choose from. The walking path is also ideal for morning runs. Also traveling to the Cinque Terre was very easy from the apartment, as you can park your car at La Spezia train station (30min by car) and travel there easily by train. Overall a big recommendation for Alla Foce del Magra and Stefano.

Be aware that on the weekends the river and street can be busy and you can hear both on the terrace. It was a minor inconvenience for us though, since we were not in the apartment for most of the day.

It was perfect for our big company!

We lived at the first floor of this spacious house. What inspired us most of all is the view on the yachts, river and the mountains with the snow on top. It was wonderful to have breackfasts with this view. In general the house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped - it inspires to have a dinner with the home-made pasta :) And many thanks to the host - Stefano. He is a very careful and hospitable man!

Any place to visit is not available by foot from this house. It will be necessary to go by car to visit any interesting place nearby. For us it was ok, but for somebody who likes to walk by foot all the time or to have some morning run, it will be not ok

Wonderful property for peaceful vacation at Liguria

The property is great: Amazing view - the combination bettwen the river and the mountains his unique, charming villages and small towns all over around, huge terrace, very comfortable, peaceful and quiet, excellent location - easy access to south Liguria, Aquan Alphs and north west Toscana, great value for money!!

The only problem was week stream of water at the shower.

Die Lage am Fluss mit direktem Blick aufs Wasser ist perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr mediterran und verbreitet sofort Mittelmeerfeeling. Der Balkon ist idealer Ort zum Relaxen.

Un endroit secret BELISSIMO

Nous avons adoré l’imense terrasse et la vue époustouflante sur les Alpi Apuane. Le hôte Stefano et sa sœur Marina sont super gentils et serviables. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil chaleureux ! Nous recomandons cet appartement et nous reviendrons! A ne pas manquer : la visite de la carriere de Carrara, très proche de la maison, très impressionnant !

Splendida vista, a pochi metri dal fiume Magra, ottimo attracco per la barca, bellissima terrazza con giardino e ottimo barbecue. Ottima accoglienza della Sig.ra Marina. Cucina attrezzatissima, ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Un week end stupendo in una casa super accogliente

La casa è davvero incantevole, in una posizione stupenda. Ha una terrazza impagabile. Il sig. Stefano è sempre disponibile ed attento. Siamo stati davvero benissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Bellissimo alloggio in posizione strategica. Consigliatissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento più grande di questa struttura in 7 persone. Siamo stati benissimo. Casa ben divisa in ampia zona soggiorno con grande tavolo per i momenti insieme e due divani letto matrimoniali. Adiacente si trova una cucina completa e un piccolo bagno dotato di wc lavabo e box doccia. Dal soggiorno si accede poi alla zona notte con tre camere, di cui due matrimoniali e una singola, e con il grande bagno principale dotato di ampio box doccia. La zona esterna è stupenda con un porticato dotato di tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto e zona relax con sedie e tavolino nonché di lavabo esterno. Infine, oltre il porticato, è presente un grande terrazzo sul fiume con lettini per prendere il sole e per il relax. Tutto ordinato e molto pulito. La cucina è ben attrezzata: tante stoviglie, presine, strofinacci e persino tovaglie; ho trovato anche lo scolaposate (che non trovo mai da nessuna parte!) e sale/pepe/zucchero. Abbiamo trovato anche detersivo per piatti e sapone e carta igienica nei bagni. E' presente anche un barbecue comune che abbiamo utilizzato per fare una grigliata l'ultima sera (N.B. il lavabo esterno sotto il porticato è stato utilissimo per pulire poi la griglia di cottura). Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni stupendi. L'alloggio è veramente strategico per visitare La Spezia, il Golfo dei Poeti (Lerici, Tellaro, Portovenere) da un lato e la zona archeologica di Luni, Sarzana e le cave di marmo di Carrara dall'altro lato. Molto carina anche Bocca di Magra con il suo lungo fiume. Il sig. Stefano persona gentilissima e disponibile che ci ha accolto all'arrivo. Consigliatissimo

Lungo il fiume, vicino al mare e con vista monti in una bellissima villa. Da ritornare!

Situato in una villa sul fiume Magra, l'appartamento era pulitissimo, molto ben arredato ed equipaggiato. Grande terrazza con vista incantevole sul fiume e con le Alpli Apuane come sfondo. Molto tranquillo. Grande giardino a disposizione. Punto di partenza ideale per visitare località interessanti in Liguria e Toscana. Il paese di Bocca di Magra (veramente carinissimo) è circa ad 1 km e ci siamo fatti una bella passeggiata lungo il fiume Magra. C'è molto da vedere nei dintorni ma la durata del nostro soggiorno non ci ha permesso di sfruttare questa possibilità. Contiamo di ritornare.

Tra Liguria e Toscana, vicino a piccoli centri di grande interesse

Posizione veramente eccezionale: vista sul fiume Magra nei pressi della sua bellissima foce e vista delle Alpi Apuane. Punto dipartenza per delle gite alle 5 Terre, in Versilia, sulle Alpi Apuane (cave di Carrara) e per scappate in piccoli ma affascinanti centri dei dintorni (Lerici, Montemarcello, Sarzana). Soggiorno troppo corto: non abbiamo fatto in tempo a visitare tutto quello che volevamo. Dobbiamo tornare!
