Exceptional

The accommodation was clean and tidy, we had everything we need in the room. During our stay in the sea one of us hurt herself. The owner of this property acted on behalf of us immediately and took us to the pharmacy without even finishing telling him the story. He was so kind and helpful. I really recommend this place for people who like to travel and also this place is perfect for for people with family. It has a restaurant inside the property, nice people around who are also very kind and helpful if you speak just enough Italian to understand one another.

barking dogs really annoying, especially when they start barking non stop at 5 in the morning next to your hut, they should be located in the far end of the camp together for morning concerts. this was a bad experience the rest was smooth.

Perfect for lazy beach days or day trips to Pisa or Cinque Terre

Really, really excellent, we just loved the mobile home. We came by car from France and had a parking space right next to the mobile home. The camping is really close to the beach and easy to access Pisa or the Cinque Terre from here.

Small, old bungalow, but nice location

We booked two rooms, which were next to eachother, that was nice. Staff is friendly, room was clean. Nice location, with a delicious bakery and small supermarket around the corner, beach not that far away. (small open beach, rest is private beach).

The rooms are very outdated. Everything is old, and the beds make ALOT of noise when you turn around. We had to sleep with our baby in bed, because the child bed was not comfortable, and she woke up multiple times a night because of the noise of the bed. They do not provide bed linnen, or towels (not even for rent). I asked for a early check in online, which was not possible, but after our Italian aunt called, an early check in was possible, and they even provide bed linnen (no towels still). Everything is very cramped in the bungalow, you can not even open the bathroom door completely. All facilities are old.

Das Personal war super nett und entgegenkommend. Das Häuschen war OK, sauber mit eigenem Bad. Parkplätze direkt am Haus, der Aufenthalt mit Hund problemlos

Der Campingplatz direkt neben dran war sehr laut. Früh morgen Animationen über Lautsprecher, jeden Abend laute Party. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war extrem klein mit Doppelstockbetten. Schade war auch, dass es keine Informationen über die Müllentsorgung oder ähnliche gab.

Weekend al mare

Casa mobile carina. Posizione un pò lontana dal mare in quanto la casa mobile si trova alla fine del campeggio ma comunque con la bicicletta ci si può arrivare tranquillamente. Comodissimo il parcheggio sotto casa mobile. WiFi buono. Consiglierei di aggiungere le cose essenziali come olio, sale, aceto , zucchero, caffè con i relativi contenitori o i contenitori da mettere i prodotti dentro . Un portarotolo per la carta per la cucina. Bagno grande e doccia spaziosa . Consiglierei inoltre di aggiungere nel prezzo le biciclette per le persone occupanti della casa mobile e posizionare il forno a microonde un pò più in basso in quanto scomodo. Comunque consiglio vivamente di soggiornare nella casa mobile tramite il campeggio nuovo perché veramente ottimale e valida . Campeggio comunque tranquillo e valido con personale cordiale. Caming dotato anche di bar e ristorante interno all'inizio del campeggio .

La disponibilità per il check-in anticipato e la posizione rispetto al mare.

LA PULIZIA e le formiche in cucina (senza neanche averla usata); in generale l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento, soprattutto il bagno. Considerato che ho dovuto portarmi lenzuola e asciugamani, non c'è il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Rilassante

Il bungalow era pulito e abbastanza ben attrezzato. Lo staff tutti molto gentili. In particolare, il bar Melody all'interno del campeggio offriva pasti buoni e aperitivi favolosi con un eccellente rapporto prezzo qualità. Eleonora e la sua famiglia ti fanno sentire a casa e ti vengono incontro per ogni richiesta. La serata con musica è stata bellissima.

Super, aber man könnte vorab über außergewöhnliche Veranstaltungen informieren

Das mobilhome war sehr sauber und relativ gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und den wichtigsten Koch-Utensilien. Die Terrasse ist schön und eingezäunt, dort kan man nette Abende verbringen. Der öffentliche Strand ist nur ein paar Meter die Straße runter und dort sind auch Hunde an der Leine erlaubt. Etwas schöner ist es allerdings am Strand in forte dei Marmi, nicht weit zu fahren.

Es war genau an diesem Wochenende eine Hunde-Veranstaltung in Massa und die Besitzer waren sehr ungeniert. Es war die ganze Nacht Hundegebell und keiner hat etwas dagegen unternommen. Wir waren auch mit Hund im Mobilhome aber wenn diese mal bellen, beruhigen wir sie. Es war purer Lärm wie in einem Shelter, man konnte kaum schlafen. Nebenan dröhnte dann noch live-Musik bis spät in die Nacht hinein. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbst mitzubringen oder gegen Aufpreis erhältlich.

Einfache Verhältnisse, aber alles Nötige ist da.

Gute Ausgangslage, Rezeption immer besetzt, haben auf Nachfrage auch neue Hygieneartikel bekommen (grazie! :)). Es gab sogar ein Abschlussgeschenk, das fanden wir sehr herzig! Es ist nah zum (freien) Strand. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt mit allem Nötigen 2 Min. vom Campingplatz entfernt - praktisch!

Das Warmwasser hat oft lange gedauert, beim Duschen wurde es immer wieder heiß-kalt. Das war wirklich nicht entspannend, vor allem, wenn man ein Kleinkind hat! Erst nach einigen Tagen wurde das Wasser zum Spülen ausreichend, nach einiger Zeit, heiß. Es gab nichts zum Wischen (bei längerem Aufenthalt wird es dreckig!) und überall Fliesenboden, im Sommer wahrscheinlich angenehm, wir hatten leider (Ende Mai 2024) zwischen 17-23 Grad, daher war es kalt. Unbedingt Spülmittel und Badematte mitnehmen, sonst ist alles tagelang nass, direkt vor der Toilette. Das Spülmittel ist seeeehr wenig und reicht nur für 2-3 Tage, wenn man Teller, Besteck und Tassen/Gläser benutzt.
