Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt und auch sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Fußweg zum Kiesstrand ca. 500 Meter, mit dem KFZ/ Rad auch schöne Sandtrände gut zu erreichen. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zum Bsp. nach Pisa, Florenz u.ä.. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Noi cercavamo un punto di partenza per visitare l'entroterra di questa zona, ma alla fine ci siamo goduti il mare. L'appartamento è spaziosissimo, molto comodo, la struttura è recente. È abbastanza vicina al mare e pratica per chi viaggia con animali. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e ringrazio la signora che ci ha accolti.

Siamo stati veramente bene, l'appartamento e' in condizioni perfette e tutto funziona benissimo. Inoltre la gentilezza la cortesia e la disponibilita' del proprietario Sig. Nino e della della Sig.ra Anna non sono comuni. Sicuramente quando torneremo in zona ritorneremo dal Sig.Nino.

Casa finemente arredata ed accessoriata. Parte mansarda un po calda, ma presente condizionatore. Un po distante dai servizi, ma in zona sono presenti alcuni negozi, fra i quali consiglio la rosticceria "Ricci", veramente ottima. Proprietari gentilissimi. Consigliato.

Schönes Haus und sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden die Klimaanlage und die Markise sind das wichtigste, schnelles Wlan auch Top. Der Empfang durch Anna war auch sehr herzlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 200m einen kleinen Markt der ist aber etwas teurer, mit dem Auto ist man auch gleich an einem größeren Supermarkt ( Lidl ca.1,5 km ). Der Weg zum Meer ist auch nicht weit über 2 kleine Wege ist man in 5 Minuten auch da (ca. 400 m). Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und ein schöner aufenthalt.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem fast 3-jährigen Kind für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. Speziell die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und noch ein wenig mehr. Großer Balkon von Küche und Wohnbereich aus erreichbar, 1 Schlafzimmer auf der gleichen Etage mit eigenem Balkon und eines der beiden Zimmer im oberen Geschoss hat ebenfalls einen eigenen Balkon. Beide Schlafzimmer mit Balkon haben auch eine Klimaanlage. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist nicht ganz so toll, da man kaum Standhöhe hat. Die Dachschräge ist schon sehr stark und man kann am Kopfende im Bett nicht mal sitzen. Des Weiteren geht die eine Fensterreihe zum Treppenhaus. Deshalb kann man diese beim Schlafen nicht offen lassen. Die Fenster sind zwar vergittert, aber man kann halt direkt auf die Betten schauen. Alles in allem würde ich sagen: 5 Sterne und sehr empfehlenswert für die Nutzung von 2 Schlafräumen (4 Erwachsene plus Kinderbett) und 4 Sterne wenn man das dritte Schlafzimmer benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht das Meer in weniger als 10 Gehminuten und es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Hunde der gesamten Nachbarschaft möchte ich nicht bewerten, da quasi überall und auf jedem Grundstück und scheinbar auch in ganz Italien Hunde frei rumlaufen. Und selbstverständlich wird jeder Fußgänger lautstark begrüßt. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen! ....obwohl wir alle 3 Schlafräume benutzt haben....

Grand appartement, proche de la plage, complet au niveau de l'équipement, cuisine grande et équipée, literie confortable, la climatisation dans 2 chambres est un grand plus, le propriétaire est très sympathique et prévenant, un grand merci à lui. Si la région de Massa, Carrare et Pise vous plaît,n'hésitez pas, une très bonne adresse !

sehr schöne, sehr gepflegte Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Unter der Dachschräge 2 große Zimmer mit viel Platz und 2. Fernseher, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ca 10 - 15 min Fußweg zum freien Felsstrand oder zum Sandstrand mit Badeanstalten. Meer sehr flach bis zu den Wellenbrechern , sehr gut geeignet für kleine Kinder. Am Strand ausschließlich italienische Familien. Wir waren Ende August dort und es war nicht überlaufen. Bäcker, Einkaufsladen und Pizzeria sind in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit vielen Hunden. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht viel zu sehen , die Strandpromenade beginnt ca 2 km südlich.

Soggiorno ottimo. La casa è veramente accogliente e funzionale a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Il proprietario ha risposto con sollecitudine e cortesia ad ogni nostra richiesta. Anche la Sig.ra Anna che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo è una persona disponibile che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Ottima sistemazione da consigliare. Appartamento accogliente e carino, nuovo, ben arredato e con tutti i confort. Mare vicino e raggiungibile a piedi anche se distante da locali serali e diurni ma sono raggiungibili velocemente in macchina o a piedi grossi centri commerciali o piccoli negozietti. la consiglio a coloro a cui non dispiace fare passeggiate quotidiane e non è troppo alto ( l'appartamento è mansardato al piano superiore e sono frequenti le testate ahahah).

Wir haben uns sofort mit unseren Kindern8/11Jahren sehr wohl gefühlt in der großen exklusiven großen ruhigen Wohnung.2 Schlafzimmer sind mit sehr guten Klimaanlagen ausgestattet.Das Wlan im Appartment funktioniert auch super und ist sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung mit den 3 Balkonen ist wünderschön und ruhig gelegen.Eine Markise ist auch vorhanden,so kann man auch schön auf dem Balkon essen und trinken.Der private Parkplatz vor dem Haus auch sehr sinnvoll ist.Der freie Strand ist ca .500Meter entfernt und liegt in geschützten Buchten mit Wellenbrecher.1,5km weiter links vom Appartement Marina de Massa fanden wir den Strand etwas schöner. Die Liegen2-3 mit Schirm kosten in der Hauptsaison etwa 25Euro.Wir haben auch noch freie Strände Richtung Pietrasanta schön gefunden. Die Liegen sind dort recht teuer. Ausflüge sollte man unbedingt nach Carrara 16km in die Berge zu den Marmorabbaugebiet fahren ist sehr sehenswert. Natürlich sollte man auch Pisa und Lucca anschauen und vielleicht danach zu unserem Traumstrand Favorit Strand Bagne Biachi Nähe Viareggio via Europa 55.Super breiter langer Sandstrand und klares Meer dort und nicht so überfüllt in der Hauptsaison.Einen ca 1,5h Ausflug nach CinqueTerre Maorola war auch sehr sehenswert und unvergessliche schöne Eindrücke. Wir möchten aufjedenfall nochmal in die Wohnung und in die Toscana fahren,denn Siena und San Gimignano oder Florenz solte man sich auch noch anschauen.Wir hatten so viel Spaß mit dem Vermieter und es war eine nette Kommunikation mit ihm und auch seine Cousine ,die den Schlüssel uns übergeben hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in einem Top Zustand gewesen. Alles lief problemlos.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Vielen Dank für die kleine Überraschung Willkommensgruss .

Très tranquille,situé dans un chemin sans issue,donc pas de voitures qui passent. Rejoindre la mer à pied par des petits chemins est un plaisir. Cet appartement a tous les conforts!!

Io e mia famiglia siamo stati a Marina di Massa per due settimane in luglio. La casa di signor Gargano è molto bella, con tutti oggetti indispensabili. Nelle due camere c'è anche aria condizionata e questo era molto piacevole durante i giorni caldi. Cucina, bagno, tutto è pulito e comodo. Vicino a casa ci sono i negozi dove si può comprare alimentari. La casa è perfetta ma c'è un solo inconveniente - la spiaggia vicina è sassosa purtroppo. Noi siamo andati a spiaggia comunale di Forte dei Marmi, circa 7/8 minuti con macchina. Nel centro di Marina di Massa ci sono ristoranti e gelaterie dove si può mangiare gelati e pizze buonissime! Noi siamo molto contenti di nostro soggiorno e raccomandiamo questo appartamento a tutti.

Appartement très bien agencé et fonctionnel. Tout y est sauf peut-être la climatisation dans la chambre des enfants. Le mois d'août est chaud et bruyant (festival, voisinage, ...), donc difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pendant la nuit. La mer est à deux pas et tout est facilement accessible en voiture. Très belle région, riche en visite et en bons restaurants.

On est retourné une deuxième fois dans cet appartement et encore une fois tout était parfait. Le propriétaire apporte chaque année des améliorations et l'appartement est toujours plus beau et fonctionnel. Le Wifi illimité a été très apprécié par nous tous. Cette fois ce n'était pas des vacances balnéaire mais culturelle et on a beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir rayonner dans toutes les plus belle villes de la Toscana en seulement une voir uns heure et demi de trajet et pouvoir le soir rentrer dans le confort de l'appartement. Bravo continuez ainsi. On va surement y retourner . Merci beaucoup. Famille Silvano

Un appartement parfaitement équipé avec des belles terrasses ensoleillés. La chance de pouvoir accéder à la plage par un petit chemin pédestre,en évitant de prendre la voiture. Une épicerie très organisée accessible à pied. Enfin une location avec 7 vrai lits et non des couchages dans des inconfortables canapés convertibles.

Casa molto bella e di recente costruzione, elettrodomestici tutti nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti. Proprietario molto disponibile per rispondere a dubbi e chiarimenti via mail e le persone che ci hanno accolto appena arrivati (i cugini del proprietario) sono molto gentili e anche simpatici. La casa è un attimino fuori dal centro di Marina di Massa, ma con passeggiate di 15 / 20 minuti ci si arriva! Unica pecca è che i trasporti pubblici non sono comodi, consiglio assolutamente di spostarsi con la macchina: sia per andare in spiaggia (consiglio la spiaggia libera di Forte dei Marmi, è completamente in sabbia e molto grande rispetto a quella di Marina di Massa, che è in parte di sassi e piccolina), sia anche per la sera perchè per trovare vita bisogna spostarsi verso Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio e i trasporti pubblici (bus) terminano alle 23 circa di sera. Impensabile farla in bicicletta! Consiglio a chiunque!! Noi abbiamo fatto anche molte gite lì vicino: bellissime Pisa e Lucca, mentre nel tornare ci siamo fermati a Parma e Brescello (il paese del film di Don Camillo e Peppone)! La consiglio per chiunque, ottima sia per famiglie perchè dotata di culla e vasino ma anche per ragazzi!
