Holiday home in Marina di Massa, in a quiet, rural area near the beaches of Versilia, just 700 metres away. The house and grounds offer views of the hills of Versilia and the Apuan Alps. The flat and unfenced plot of 800 square metres lies on all four sides of the house and consists of lawns and a garden with trees. For outdoor dining there is a barbecue, gazebo, chairs and table; for relaxing in the garden there is a table, armchairs, deckchairs and a beautiful above-ground pool. The sea and fishing opportunities can be reached on foot. Distances: 9 km Massa, 17 km Pietrasanta, 22 km Lerici, 31 km Viareggio, 42 km Portovenere, 43 km le Cinque Terre, 45 km Lucca, 47 km Pisa, 113 km Firenze. There is a locked box in the garden which is used by the owner as a storage room.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location is perfect to explore surrounding and to visit touristic hot spots like Lucca, Cinque Terre and Pisa.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare, immersa nel verde, proprietari molto gentili, pulizia accurata e attenta, design essenziale, ben ristrutturata, come chicca la piscina è molto piacevole ! Se avremo occasione sicuramente ci ritirorneremo !
