The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable
They gave me the room on the 3rd floor (Top floor), it was a very sunny day, and there is no proper cooling system available.. It was 34 degrees outside, and so hot inside the room.

breakfast was absolutely fantastic, as were the beds and the room setup. i was quite surprised! Check-in procedures and front desk staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. definitely recommended. also very close to a tram stop, doctors and general supply stores
the area isnt great but this has nothing to do with the hotel

Cleanliness
Customer service, staff were very rude. This hotel accepts only cash and needs to be payed upon arrival which is no where mentioned during booking. When asked for an extra pillow they said they don’t even have and had very strict rules that main door will not be accessible after 12am and were very impolite with their communication
