Perfectly acceptable if you need to be in Mullheim.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, all necessary facilities. It’s located in the suburb I needed to be in and I had no qualms about staying a second time.

Noise travels easily in the corridors, which was not great when a group was talking loudly outside their rooms after midnight.

Good hotel, convenient location, local backeries on walking distance

There was nothing special about this hotel. That is a good thing as it is fairly cheap. This is a simple hotel where everything works as intended, and nothing was broken or dirty. The hotel guests were a happy mixture of engineers working on local projects and music lovers that came for a concert. Sufficient free parking!

It was a fairly comfortable stay

It is very close to convenience shops like Reve(just across the street),Aldi, Kiki etc.

I didn’t understand why the don’t let the guests use the elevator saying it’s under maintenance while the staff was still using it. Why lie!!

The hotel is really not bad at all, not to far from colonia center and a good ospitality, the breakfast it is awesome, whit a amazing omelette, and the badroom enough big, if you are whit you friends and want to pass 3/4 days there is not bad, whit a child maybe not😅

The only thing than can be better is the cleaning, but not in the in the way of hygienic but do some work to improve the hotel, like change the parquet, or improve the esthetics of electric installation, change the bad, because is the thing really old

Was all right to stay for a couple of nights to visit the Christmas markets, but a bit overpriced

The bathroom was fairly new and clean. The location was not very central (but we knew it when we booked) - however, it was convenient to the tram stop, as expected. I enjoyed having the water boiler/kettle in the room, to make tea in the morning or evening. The hotel was flexible as far as accommodating our late check-in.

The WiFi was not working in our room (203, at the very end of the hallway). The smartphones couldn't connect and the laptop could only connect from the spot right next to the entrance door. But as soon as I stepped out of the room, the phones had no problem connecting to the WiFi. So it is clearly a problem with the poor/weak WiFi signal in that room, in that location in the building. They need to put an additional repeater in that location. Also, the windows didn't feel like they were closing tightly - therefore, there was some noise from the street and also the room got cold quickly. There was one heater/radiator/convector in the room, but it took quite some time for it to warm up the space.

It was very clean and spacious! There was also a cattle so you could make your own coffee or tea. Very close to the train station

comfortable bed and pillow. strong shower.

it has a distinct smell, the flush in the toilet came off. the only power plug available is on a funny location. very noisy oitside, you can hear vehicles and people chatting. The curtain is very thin and bright color that you are forced to wake up even you still wanna sleeo longer. sorry but not a recommendable place to stay. im glad we only stayed overnight.

Short but good stay.

The room was big and the staff was friendly. We had to go to a concert nearby and the hotel was a 20 minute walk to the venue. We slept surprisingly well on the bed.

No plugs beside the bed to charge your phone. The room had a res carpet that had some spots on it. We could only pay in cash but when we booked it said that it would be charged on my card before the stay.

Overall very poor service

Front door to hotel was locked upon my arrival 13:00 I had to phone to get the door open. I had to pay in “cash” upon arrival was told credit cards coul only be accepted if your room cost at least 150 Euros

Absolutely perfect hotel with excellent and helpful staff. There is nothing to fault at this hotel, we will be back. Its located near Burger King and supermarkt's.
