Our stay in Cologne

Very friendly and helpful staff, checking in after reception hours is not a problem and overall very smooth. Very safe and secure night facility. Room very clean. Parking facilities available behind secure gate.

Room did not have tea and coffee facilities which would have been nice. Was not easy to figure out how to open parking gate from inside the parking facility but got there in the end - need to pull red button instead of push. For some reason hall light went on when turning on the bathroom light causing other family members to wake up.

Decent hotel in the suburbs

The location is great, S-Bahn station 2 minutes walk. Parking is in closed parking lot, very close to the hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and attentive.

The size of the room could be a little bigger.

This Hotel is different. It is itself not a destination. It is for travelers who what clean, friendly, and other places to eat or not, because they only serve breakfast, and one which is totally good. They are in a neighborhood which has from Thai holes in the wall to Michelin 1 Stars within shortest walking distance (I chose the Thai...Yummy). My bedroom was truly a single, which was fun, and the staff were of all ages and engaged/friendly/helpful.

My room with window open was not quite noiseless from commuter train to family in the house next door. But the sound proof windows work.

Far from city life, just relax

WiFi is strong at everywhere. Breakfast is good enough although included in the room fee. There were sufficient clean towels. Hotel is far from downtown but easy to transportation by light rail service. Hotel is in the green land, every where green if you stay at one of back side rooms. Personnel is hardworking and very polite

There is no mini bar (even an empty refrigerator) so cannot have a bottle of cold water.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel. Viel mehr Sterne verdient! Die Zimmer toll, ruhige Lage und gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das Frühstücke war super! Mitarbeiter außergewöhnlich freundlich!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😀

De kamer was schoon, evenals het sanitair en het beddengoed. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk met allerlei soorten brood(jes), royale keuze uit beleg, sap, koffie thee. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zelfs de kamers aan de voorkant (straatkant) waren rustig. Treinstationnetje op 4 minuten lopen. Met 20 minuten sta je op Köln Hauptbahnhof. Parkeren op eigen terrein (€10 per dag, prima)

Perfect geregeld, vriendelijk en duidelijke informatie

Goede locatie, kleine parkeergarage voor 10 euro per nacht. Goede incheck met alle informatie op de TV in de kamer, voortreffelijk en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Direct bij het station, in 15 minuten ben je op het hoofdstation en dus in de stad voor een paar euro met de trein.

Wir fühlten uns rundum gut untergebracht und kommen auch wieder ins Uhu

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, modern eingerichtet und wurde täglich sehr gut hergerichtet. Im Frühstücksraum war ausreichend Platz und das Frühstück war prima. Wir haben nichts vermißt und alles war frisch und lecker. Wir hatten einen Stellplatz im Hof, die Parkflächen waren ausreichend groß und wer mit E-Auto anreist findet auch Ladestellen. Das Hotel liegt 150 Meter entfernt vom Regio-Bahnhof Dellbrück somit geht es schnell in die Innenstadt

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen: Selten haben wir so ein dem Gast zugewandtes Personal erlebt, das auf jeden Wunsch, auch Sonderwunsch, sofort einging und ihn erfüllte. Dort waren wir von einer familiären, entspannten Atmosphäre umgeben, die uns den Reisestress sofort vergessen ließ. Hier fühlt man sich richtig wohl.
