Die Lage war perfekt, direkt an der S-Bahn nach Köln, aber trotzdem ruhig.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich und es gab sogar - welche Rarität, mehrere Steckdosen am Bett.
Das gesamte Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal war herausragend: ungemein freundlich, hilfsbereit, warmherzig und humorvoll.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut, genial war auch der gesicherte Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Da war der Wagen keinen karnevalistischen oder sonstigen Unbillen ausgesetzt. 😊🤣

We had to leave after one night of our 2night trip. The hotel staff told us we could get a refund via booking.com, but booking never responded to us and the hotel couldnt help either.. i understand the hotel does not do the rrfund, but it would have been nice if they helped us contact booming. Facilities were ok, not bad. Location was a bit boring
