It worked out well for our weekend stay.

The room was very spacious and good for 2 adults and two children. Very clean with great beds and bedding. Quiet!

We really needed to stay closer to the center with young kids. It was 30 back to the cathedral area. It would be wonderful if the room had a USB outlet.

Nice hotel but too far from the city center.

The hotel is great but the location is not close to the city center. You need to use metro or tram to get there. Breakfast was lovely. The room is good, doesn't have a minibar(fridge) though. Complimentary water was provided.

The location is not close to the city center. Also we were there during the Christmas market days and the price of stay was double the usual.

Perfect spot for our overnight stay

The female receptionist at check in was absolutely wonderful, and particularly helpful in solving our various transport questions. Unbenownst to us, we had picked the busiest weekend of the summer (CSD Parade) to stay and the inner city was closed down. The male receptionist was also fantastic, helping our friends with a suitcase issue later in the evening. The restaurant staff were just as friendly and efficient. GREAT staff!!!! Our Standard Room was spacious, with a big window to the floor, providing us with lots of natural light. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom ticked all the boxes as well.

The hotel car park was unfortunately full when we arrived so we had to find parking on the street, which was not too easy.

Disappointed

There is no terrace, there is one next to the restaurant, but it can only be used by customers of the restaurant. Breakfast was 25 euros per person (including children). For two nights they asked me to pay for parking for 3 days. The room was terribly small and the bedroom that they say has a large double bed is actually a small bedroom that is difficult to sleep in with a child. Extra beds they said they don't have, although we saw. It was mostly clean. The staff was not good, especially the receptionist and the one in the restaurant.

Good place for a family stay

This is a good hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and it slocation is also very good as it has market nearby. Morning breakfast was also pretty good.

Perfect for a short stay

clean room, the staff is awesome always welling to help you with anything.

Location traveling with Family maybe not be the best if you do not have a car as the subway station is about 700 m from the hotel, with kids … think about it.

The breakfast is very rich, employees are very nice. Thank you for preparing the baby bed in advance.

Room sound insulation is not good. Playing and joking in the corridor and other rooms can be heard in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Failure to hang the please clean sign should be regarded as do not disturb, please don't open the door by cleaners in the morning around 9:00 am.

The location is amazing, there is supermarket 5 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Was bit pricey for the hotel but it was also during the Christmas market season. All other hotels close to the city were expensive too.
