Cleanliness and location in the village of Valtournenche which was very close to all shops and restaurants. The Hello Chalet staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to any requirement.
I'm still slightly uncomfortable with the Euros 200 cleaning charge. Not related to the accommodation but have an awareness that taxis are very expensive in the region.
