Pleasant stay
Chalet was very worm, cozy, had a great view and had enough space for company of 6 adults. Comfortable beds and pillows, warm blankets. Big dinning table! It also had ski room, for the boots and ski equipment. The location is 700m from ski-lifts. Only one parking lot next to the chalet, but the cars can be left on the street free of charge. In general we had a very good time in the Chalet.
There is this Late-check in fee that the company is charging even dough they use electronical door keys. Nobody was there to let us in, so I don't understand this extra charge. Probably they are trying to rip off the customers as much as possible.

Exceptional service and lovely chalet
Fantastic experience renting with HelloChalet. Chalet was ready on arrival so no waiting around and simple, no fuss process for picking up keys. Communication from HelloChalet was excellent, from check-in instructions and directions to frequent checks to see if there were any problems. Northern Lights chalet was perfect for a family holiday. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped, tranquil setting and very easy access to ski lift. Best renting experience yet.

We hadden een fijne vakantie
De vele lichtinval en het zicht op de bergen
Voor de prijs die we betaalden, verwacht ik een proper appartement en dat alles in orde is. Nu lagen er tegels los in de badkamer, de pelletkachel werkte niet, keukenhanddoeken waren niet proper. Allemaal niet erg, maar niet als je zo veel betaald.

Kaikki toimi mainiosti. Majoittaja piti meidät hyvin informoituna kaikesta asuntoon liittyvistä asioista. WhatsApp vistittely majottajan kanssa toimi hyvin ja vastaukset esim. koskien ravintoloita ja kauppoja tulivat nopeast.
Pieni ellei mitätön asia joka jäi mieleen, vain kaksi rullaa wc paperia oli tarjolla 4 aikuiselle 4 yön mittaiselle majoitukselle. Asunnossa oli myös kylpyamme mutta majoittaja oli ilmoittanut että lämmin vesi ei riitä ammeen täyttämiseen. Tosin lämmintä vettä riitti hyvin 4 aikuisen suihku tarpeeseen päivittäin.

Magnifique lieu et superbe vue, malheureusement le logement manque d’entretien et de nettoyage.
- l’emplacement près des pistes de ski - la disposition des chambres (enfants et adultes) - la vue sur les montagnes - le local de rangement des skis et chaussures - le tempérament du logement
- la vaisselle pas propre à notre arrivée - le logement n’est pas bien nettoyé, beaucoup de poussière et de salissures - dans la salle de bains les supports de linges sont cassé et non fonctionnel
