Nice apartment in a great location for skiing

Great location for skiing in Valtournenche and a comfortable apartment. Staff provided helpful instructions for self check-in and guidance on ski rental. The small but nicely equipped kitchenette was plenty for our needs

Lighting in the lounge is very dim - we moved a lamp in there from the bedroom. Also, there was quite a bit of noise from the neighbours due to thin walls

Clean and tidy - NO sauna, NO breakfast - bars, restaurants, bakery and skibus very close.

Location was good, bus stop very close to skilift. Also car parking (remember to pay) was just opposite this place. Restaurants, supermarket and bakery very close.

There is NO breakfast available and NOT sauna & spa at this accommodation, despite there are still client feedbacks of good breakfast, sauna.... I would have possibly cancelled this reservation because there was not these amenities available, but could not because booking did not include possibility to cancel the reservation.

Good location, friendly staff, shuttle bus to gondola, good sauna and steam room. Ample breakfast.

Great hotel

Small but very cozy hotel, with a very warm and artistic atmosphere. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice restaurant and good service. Great sauna and steam bath. Convenient free garage and ski boot drying room. 7 - 8 min by car to the first lift station in Valtournenche and 10 - 12 min to Cervinia.

The heating is central for the hotel and was turned on only in the evening after 8:00 pm. Most days it was cold in the room after 5 pm, but otherwise it was very warm all night.

The suite room was very good and spacious. With a balcony too. Likely the church bells stopped. Staff super helpful and kind. Lovely breakfast.

Easy, very convenient, really good feel good factor.

The breakfast was fine, I personally don’t eat cake or croissants for breakfast but they did find me cereals and fruit which I normally eat. Along with the cheeses, hams and cappacchino and fruit juices on offer it was very good. The lounge / bar area was excellent, cosy and all the staff were really helpful and nice, they spoke very good English and made us very welcome. Free public car park 2 minutes walk away, very convenient. The bed was brilliant, big and very comfortable.

The rooms were a little too dark and moody, needed a little more light but a minor point.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, loved Valtourneche and everything was just perfect for us.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Very friendly and made our stay perfect for such a difficult time. We would definitely go back.

Helpful communications prior to arrival, good assistance when we were there. Arranged connecting rooms for family. Good sized rooms and great bathrooms. Lift works well. Breakfast served early enough to eat before catching first ski lifts, pastries were still warm, and it was good to have banana and other fruit. Nice sponge cake!

No major dislikes. It was nice to have a choice of eggs, but lack of toast was a pity and unusual.
