We really enjoyed Cervinia and this location

Very nice location. We came here for a week of skiing. It was a lovely 15 min walk with Matterhorn view to the skirental shop. The apartment was very warm and the water was warm at all times. There is not a spa or hot tub in the building but it was possible to book the spa in the hotel next to the building. 45 euro per person and limited to 2 hrs. We did that once as a birthday treat. There is a washing machine which worked well. The kitchen had a good cooker, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. We cooked most days. Storage was good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It says free parking but this only applies to 1 car. We were a group of 7 and arrived in 2 cars. We had to park the other car a 7 minute walk away in a public car park. there was heavy snow the last 2 days and a snow plough piled up 90 cm of snow in front of our car. We had to borrow shovels to dig it out again and ended up leaving a day early as we were worried that we would have problems the next morning. Some minor things: the dishwasher did not clean properly. we. had to clean the dishes that were left in there from the previous users. Although it is advertised as sleeping 7, there were 6 mugs, 6 wine glasses, only 1 small chopping knife(we did a lot of cooking). The kettle was more like a 2 person kettle. The coffeemaker was small as well. It seemed more set up for a family with 2 or 3 children. The lounge had a 2 seater sofa and 1 armchair. Probably perfect for a family however 4 of us had to sit either on kitchen chairs or on the floor in the evenings. We looked up the bus time tables in advance however the skibus did not seem to operate and we left our ski equipment in a locker near the skilift. We would have loved some more information displayed in the apartment about local logistics. Both bedrooms have no views of the countryside which did not matter to us as we were outside every day.

The apartment was brilliant - we loved it - it was a great place to stay and really good for us as a family. The only criticism was that the floor was not super clean when we arrived.

Modern good looking warm apartment, in quiet senic location, good car parking facilities with own garage and large covered area (essential in bad weather for loading or puuting snow chains on) and easy access to apartment although luggage does have to be carried up external ramp or internal stairs no lift. Good bathroom with excellent shower , large bedrooms plenty of storage. good lounge and kitchen with large table

Cleaning not up to usual high Italian standards , toilet bowl discoloured, limescale on shower door, table top sticky, this is a fairly new high quality apartment and deserves far better No microwave, small kettle ok for our party of 4 but not big enough for the max capacity of 7 people would also need another bathroom if more than 4 occupy Apartment has little natural light, and offers no views

Very comfortable and modern apartment.

Nice, modern apartment, very comfortable beds, relatively well equipped. Warm and clean. 20 minute walk into town. Keys dropped to us on arrival. Extra pillows brought when needed.

washing machine could not be used. it smelt terrible. there was a small area above shower that was going mouldy - definitely hope that owners keep on top of their cleaners as this is a great property but will go downhill without proper maintenance. This apartment is a drive away from ski slopes if you've got skis etc though only a 20 minute walk otherwise.

if you have your own transport, the ride to the lifts is only 5 minutes and this place is just amazingly cozy and luxuri

Nice apartment with some drawbacks

The apartment has nice style with wooden furniture and real rock surface in the kitchen. Dishwasher, cooking stove, TV and sanitary facilities are good quality. Comfortable beds, linen and towels provided, everything is clean. The heating can be easily adjusted and the apartment is warm. You can reach the town of Cervinia on foot (2km) in the evening after skiing if you wish.

The apartment has no windows with the view of the mountains or even any nature. You can view just other house or walls from your apartment. That is the reason it is quite dark in the apartment during daytime. However, if you go outside, Matterhorn is perfectly visible. The distance from the apartment to the skiing lifts (2km) or nearest ski bus stop (>500m) is too far going on foot with ski boots so the only option is to go skiing by car. The apartment has two entrances: one doors opens directly to the bedroom, other directly to the living room. This is not comfortable as there is no corridor, you always bring snow directly into the bedroom or living room. No special place to dry ski boots. Only one dishwasher tablet and one roll of toilet paper. You have the washing machine, but no washing powder. Generally, the owners have the idea that you have yo bring everything yourself. The toilet and bathroom has no lock, this can cause some inconvenience. There is one place in the underground garage, but our car (Chrysler Voyager) had a roof rack and it did not fit into the garage. So there can be problems with parking.

Nice & spacious apartment with everything you need situated nearby the golf resort and hiking trails. Easily accessible by car with private garage parking. City centre is around 15minutes on foot.

Great Ski Apartment for our family

This was my first Booking.com booking and I was in WhatsApp contact with the property manager, which was helpful as the deposit had not been taken on the appointed date - but I was assured about the booking. The beds were super comfortable. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean and was close to the ski areas - with a car - which we obviously had. The fridge and freezer had ample space - which is good for frozen meals that we had brought with us. There was a kettle - which is great for tea! The indoor garages had ample room for roof box and ski kit.

It would have been better if there was a ski boot drying room. There had been an overcharge on arrival (which was a late deduction of the deposit and some other cleaning charges) but this was very quickly rectified and refunded to me. The kettle was good to have but there was no teapot - which is not a big deal actually. There were only 2 prosecco glasses and not a full set of wine glasses.
