Old style apartment, good value for money

The owner is very responsive. Checkin and checkout very easy to do. Instructions were very clear. I liked that the entrance to the building and to the apartment is code based, you don't have to carry your keys with you. The apartment is big, but if you are looking for luxury, this place is not for you. I loved the smell when I walked in, it reminded me of my childhood. Even though it's old style, it was clean with impeccable linen and towels. Very good location with a great mountain view. It was a pleasant stay for us.

- hand soap was missing from the bathroom sink - the carpet in the bathroom didn't smell good at all - the fridge could use a refresh

We had a great stay

A very nice appartment, we had a nice stay, looks like they thought of evrything to make a comfortable stay. clean, cozy, well equiped. Aldo is very responsive and tried to answer all our questions. We asked for extra stuff and got them. He always tried to do the best for us.

Late check-in. But I guess that it's like that in most of the places.

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO IN CENTRO A CERVINIA

Ottima soluzione in centro a cervinia. La casa offre tutto l'occorrente necessario ed è molto spaziosa, a differenza di tutti gli altri alloggi di cervinia. Ha una bella sala grande, una cucina staccata e due balconi. Lo spazio anche nelle camere, dotate di armadi, non manca. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e si è premurato continuamente che tutto andasse bene (ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino). E' molto comodo avere il codice per entrare in autonomia senza dover fare un vero e prorio checkin. Questo ci ha permesso di arrivare in tarda nottata in autonomia. Ottimo anche il parcheggio accanto gratuito per lasciare la macchina. La casa oltre ad essere molto spaziosa è anche molto luminosa, il che rende molto piacevole il soggiorno. La cucina ha tutto ciò che occorre per cucinare. Punti forti: una grandissima televisione in sala, una doccia calda che non finisce subito come succede spesso in montagna in case un pò datate, un phone molto potente, ascensore molto comodo, deposito sci (non scarponi), wifi per lavorare. Molto comodo anche il divano in sala.

I materassi del letto a castello andrebbero cambiati, sono molto datati. Le lenzuola erano un pò macchiate. In generale, andrebbe data una bella svecchiata all'arredo e alle luci (magari mettendo anche le luci da comodino). Non economicissimo considerando che in 4 adulti abbiamo dovuto dormire in un letto a castello, ma in linea con i prezzi di cervinia prenotando all'ultimo minuto. Abbiamo inoltre pagato la casa per 4 anche se la prima notte avevamo comunicato essere solo in 2.

Nous avons perdu des lunettes qui ont été retrouvées par les hôtes ( photo à l appui) qui devait nous être renvoyé, ça n’a jamais été fait. Et maintenant les lunettes ont disparu comme par enchantement.

חלון גדול פונה להר הגדול והיפה! ובכלל הרבה חלונות בבית, יכל להכנס אור טבעי ויכלנו להסתכל על הנוף החימום בבית מעולה ממש, כיף לחזור מהרפתקאות קפואות לבית חם ונעים. יש כמה מסלולי הליכה שיוצאים מאוד קרוב לבית, בלי צורך לנסוע. מיקום מעולה. מרחק הליכה מהמכולת. אנחנו לא אנשים של מלונות וחדרי פאר, יותר אוהבים אווירה ביתית ואכן בדירה יש אווירה שכזו. המטבח מאובזר טוב. לא היה חסר לנו שום דבר. יש המון שמיכות ספייר והמיטה נוחה.

ביום הראשון לא היה לנו וויפיי בגלל תקלה. אבל בבוקר השני הבעלים מיד בא וסידר את זה ואז לא הייתה שום בעיה.

Esperienza molto positiva

L' appartamento è in un' ottima posizione , a pochi metri dal centro ,ha un' ottimo isolamento acustico e termico , molto luminoso e con una bella vista. L' arredamento semplice ha molti spazi per riporre le proprie cose. Abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente praticamente davanti al portoncino di ingresso: perfetto ! L' host gentile e veloce nel rispondere ai messaggi.Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Una cosa che può migliorare è la pulizia nella cucina

Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dal centro. Appartamento al secondo piano con ascensore, ampio il soggiorno, molto piccola la cucina, giusta la dimensione delle 2 camere e del bagno. Molto comodo l'accesso con codice e senza chiavi

La pulizia era molto al di sotto delle sufficienza. Evidenti segni di polvere (sul bollitore, sul router, sui ripiani dei mobili della sala). Tende delle finestre con qualche buco e accorciate con delle spille

Centraal gelegen en veilig

Het appartement was centraal gelegen met een kleine maar goede en vriendelijke mini-markt naast het gebouw. De afstand naar de hoofdstraat en het skigebied was gemakkelijk te lopen. De skiwinkel in het centrum bij de lift heeft cabines voor skimateriaal die toegankelijk zijn met de skipas. Er zijn een aantal goede restaurants in de omgeving met eten van uitstekende kwaliteit. Wij vonden restaurants The Pers da Mario en de Grivolla Pizarria van uitstekende kwaliteit.

In de grote slaapkamer was de matras aan de ene kant hoog en aan de andere kant laag. Men kon van de ene naar de andere kant rollen. Het was alsof een olifant aan de ene kant had geslapen en een muis aan de andere kant. Het bed in de kleine slaapkamer was ongemakkelijk en slecht. De kussens waren erg hard.

Uheldig med vejret, men en dejlig by, et dyrt sted at bo og stå på ski

Vores vært havde forsøgt at sende vejledningen til hvor lejlighed var og hvordan man kom ind gennem WhatsApp, men da jeg ikke havde den App installeret var vi lidt lost da vi ankom til Cervinia. Vi fik hjælp til at komme i kontakt med Aldo via en lokal ejendomsmægler som via forskellige kontakter fik kontakt til Aldos som som derpå udløste at han ringede tilbage. Han ankom derefter hurtigt og hjalp os med at komme ind, og derfra var alt fint og Aldo er super sympatisk - det var bare en lidt frustrerende start på vores ophold.
