Omulīga un nelielai kompānijai lieliski piemērota brīvdienu māja īsas pastaigas attālumā no gondolu stacijas. Viss nepieciešamais bija iekļauts, lieliska tīrība un aprīkojums.
Otrajā stāvā guļamistabās un tualetē zem divslīpu jumta iekšējās jumta konstrukcijas tik zemu, ka nepārtraukti bija jāpārvietojas pieliektu galvu. Ar visu to nebija iespējams izvairīties no galvas sasišanas pret iekšējām koka nesošajām konstrukcijām. Mājas atrašanās vieta kartē bija norādīta neprecīzi, tāpēc to nebija iespējams atrast bez papildus saziņas ar iznomātāju pārstāvi.
