Great holiday, wonderful ski area!
Somebody came and handed over the keys. We didn’t see her anymore during our vacation. When we left, we left the keys inside and closed the door.
We arrived at lunch while check in was at 15:00. The apartment was empty and ready, but we had to wait for after 15:00 because the lady with keys had to come from somewhere and didn’t come earlier. With kids after a long night drive it was tough to sit there in the car for hours and it was very cold outside.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a beautiful location.
This was a beautiful apartment in a scenic location with views of the Matterhorn. There was a secure garage for the car with internal access to the apartment block. The apartment was comfortably furnished, with wifi. netflix, good quality linens and lovely toiletries. The terrace faced south and it was a pleasure to sit outside on the bench and admire the views and the husky sledding (which was definitely worth doing!).
It was too far to walk with skis to the lifts but an easy drive to one of the free car parks.

No breakfast
Property manager arrived an hour after we arrived. It took multiple calls to reach them. Had to pay in cash. Credit card machine was inop.
