Great host and great value
It’s in a great spot and very handy for local restaurants and also Ski gondola station. Lots of hot water! Facilities etc all worked and ideal for small family.
The garage parking is a little tricky /mountainous to navigate and difficult to exit on to the busy road upto Cervinia. The heating needs to be turned on sooner before arrival as it was quite cold and took ages to warm up. Obviously on a hill so steps to navigate with bags etc.

Comfortable and good value for the area.
Comfortable; great kitchen supplies for cooking; comfy bed; lots of hooks for hanging up stuff. Quiet area. 3 minutes walk to a small grocery. 15 minute drive to get to Cervinia to ski. Easy communication with the owner. She allowed us to check in early too.
Everything was great. It was awesome we had a parking spot. We had trouble parking in and out of the inclined lot but I think that’s common for the area. Not a criticism against the property but something to be aware of for those not used to it.

La casa è esattamente come in foto semplicemente stupenda. Lavinia è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per fare tantissime passeggiate ed escursioni. Abbiamo alloggiato con due pelosi ed anche loro hanno gradito.

Perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione strategica, posto auto privato comodissimo, interni ampi, accoglienti e pulitissimi. Non manca nulla, torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Bardzo udany wyjazd na narty.
Dobra lokalizacja - 1-2 minuty jazdy samochodem (lub 10 minut pieszo) do najbliższego wyciągu narciarskiego, około 10-15 minut samochodem do Breuil-Cervinia, bardzo blisko również 2 sklepy spożywcze i kilka restauracji. Apartament ładny, czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Garaż na samochód. Bardzo dobry kontakt (przez Whatsapp) z gospodynią, która udzieliła wszystkich niezbędnych informacji.
Przydałaby się przechowalnia sprzętu narciarskiego albo chociaż suszarki na buty w garażu.
