Great Apartment -Difficult to Access

Location is really terrific. Apartment was clean and quiet. Kitchen and other spaces are well equipped. There is lots of space. Given the number of large couches, a family of 2 parents and 4 or 5 children could stay there.

Getting into the apartment was a nightmare. We nearly gave up looking after an hour. The info and videos were not very helpful. A local cop tried to help us, but even he threw up his hands eventually. Once you know how to get in, the materials all make sense, but even the photos were difficult to decipher. Plus the outdoor stairway was flooded. Seriously considered just staying at one of the hotels we passed. The water pressure was not sufficient to flush the toilet. There are no doors on the bedrooms, it's open floor plan.

An ideally convenient location in the vicinity of the Palace of the Popes and of other sights. The apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped. The free parking on the island is easily accessible by a free shuttle bus.

The only minor inconvenience was that the water flush into the toilet bowl was somewhat weak.

live insects found. most probably coming from outside, since the apartment was clean. still, not agreeable to see a cockroach in the floor. the building where apartment is located seems to be a bit abandoned. the sheets left on the bed where too small.

This is not the owners fail but the Campana Place outside in unbelivable sloppy. Half meter long weeds and litter everywhere

Cozy, perfect location and quiet

Location, location and one more time location. It is perfect because everything is just in 2-3 mins: either you want to visit Palace of the Popes or have a glass of wonderful wine in one of the cafes. It is very quite in spite of the location in city centre. The flat is really well equipped, very big and you can find everything you need here. Thanks a lot to the owner for help and assistance!

Parking. Since it is located in the center, it is expensive. Free ones are free :-) but you have to pay for it spending another 18-25 min to get to your car :-) Those who are travelling with Thule roof rack, please keep in mind that almost all parkings in the city center have height restrictions.

El peor alojamiento en el que he estado nunca

La ubicación. Está pegado al teatro y a muy pocos metros del palacio papal. Es lo único bueno del alojamiento.

Antiguo local comercial adaptado como alojamiento (por dentro todavía está la persiana metálica enrollada arriba y por fuera se ve medio borrado el nombre del local). Sin ventilación. La única cristalera que hay es el frontal del antiguo establecimiento. No tiene ventanas para ventilar y lo que era la puerta del comercio está bloqueada con el aparato de aire acondicionado, no tiene cortina y se ve todo desde fuera. El resto de cristalera sí tiene cortina. Podría ser un apartamento perfecto, pero no lo es. Está lleno de muebles y trastos. Muchos juguetes, libros (esto está muy bien), información turística de diversos años acumulada y muebles como aprovechados de diferentes formas, colores y estilos. Parece que vaya dejando aquí lo que no necesita en su casa y que esté amueblado con cosas que le han ido regalando o ya no quiere. Hay paquetes de comida empezada, restos de pastillas de jabones, botes de gel vacíos por los cajones del baño y suciedad. Es como ir acumulando lo que los viajeros dejan porque les sobra. Los sofás ni nos sentamos. Cochambrosos y sucios, cubiertos con trapos y cojines más sucos todavía. La cama, incómoda. Colchón viejo y deformado por una parte. La cocina sucia: la vitrocerámica, el fregadero... En el pasillo había un armario con una parte con útiles de limpieza, botes de pintura y otros trastos varios acumulados y al correr la otra puerta estaba el WC. Ya sabemos que en Francia el WC lo separan del baño, pero este estaba literalmente dentro de un armario de puertas correderas. En un mueble de recibidor, había restos de herramientas de una clínica odontològica y papeles y trastos... Y todo a precio de oro. Nos hemos sentido como en una casa de ocupas. Y podría seguir... Lástima que solo se puedan poner 4 fotos...

Centrale - openspace

Posizione centralissima vicinissima al palais de pape ma un po’ scomoda da raggiungere per via delle scale (in auto la strada principale è aperta solo in alcuni orari e la viabilità non é comodissima)

É un open space (probabilmente un ex negozio) che si raggiunge con più scale e affaccia su un cortile. Qualche tenda in più può aiutare ad avere maggiore privacy, ad ogni modo per la notte trascorsa dalla mia famiglia è stato adeguato

Neteja de la roba millorable (tovalloles molt aspres, draps cuina feien olor...). Cuina-saló visibles des de la plaça (dóna poca intimitat). Alguns esglaons dins del pis no senyalitzats (vam ensopegar).

La posizione, ottima e veramente centrale. La casa è grande.

L’appartamento è ricavato da un ex negozio e ha come unica finestra un vasistas, quindi risulta un po’ poco arieggiato. I condizionatori sono piuttosto vecchi e avrebbero bisogno di più manutenzione. La pulizia non è il massimo, soprattutto in alcune zone: ad esempio la parte della vetrina era piuttosto polverosa. Nel complesso l’ambiente dà una sensazione di chiuso e si percepisce un po’ di umidità.

L’appartement est très bien situé, RAS à ce niveau. Les consignes sont claires pour y rentrer et c’est sécurisé le soir malgré la présence de personnes SDF aux abords. L’appartement possède tous à l’intérieur. Les enfants peuvent jouer … parfait à ce niveau.

Très compliqué d’y avoir accès en voiture. Il faut porter les valises ne sous-estimez pas cela en famille 🤣. Problème principal : le manque de fenêtres qui s’ouvrent 🫠 c’est très très compliqué avec la cuisine la chaleur estivale, la salle de bain ou même le WC dans le même espace sans pouvoir ouvrir une issue. L’ appartement est dans un ancien magasin c’est optimisé mais peut être trop à notre goût.

Bel appartement très bien situé

L'emplacement est parfait, dans le centre ville historique très proche de la place de l'horloge et du palais des papes. L'appartement est calme et grand, confortable, propre et très bien décoré. Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place donc je ne peux pas donner d'avis sur la partie cuisine.

Pas grand chose ! Pour entrer il faut bien suivre les indications très précises du contact. Il faut passer par la cour de la copropriété qui est malheureusement sale avec des morceaux de verre cassé dans certains coins. C'est dommage. Les chambres sont en enfilade sans portes, donc l'intimité est limitée mais c'est visible sur les photos donc on réserve en connaissance.

L’emplacement est top, au pied du palais des papes et les hôtes très arrangeants. L appartement est original j ai beaucoup aimé.
