Awful smell in the room

Great location

The room was cold and did have an awful smell. Looked like it was coming from the bathroom, we had doors closed but it still smelled so bad . The sauna was a waste of time. Swimming pool was really cold so as saunas. Couldn’t even sit in Turkish sauna because the seat was freezing . We wanted to have the coffee in the morning so came down and was only one person working in reception and bar . Waited for ages so we just left. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t go back .

it was a nice building and the staff was friendly. Dinner was really tasty.

Double check the location - we ended up in another hotel with the SAME name. The hotel needs renovation and better maintenance. The swimming pool was cold and it was one of the mais reasons why I booked the hotel - very disappointing. The rooms were cold and the heating was turned off centrally.

A wonderful escape up to the mountains, gave a chance for us and our extremely hyperactive kindergartens to have some much-needed downtime and relaxation. The mother and son who run the hotel provide hospitality extraordinaire.

Nice family hotel surrounded with forest. There is a big playground for children, a swimmingpool, nice terrace for evening drinks, very kind staff. We loved garage for our motobikes. Tasty breakfast. After dinner we received gratis meloncello. 😊

Großes Zimmer, einigermaßen gute Betten, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit der Betreiber, Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend.

TV Fernbedienung mehr oder weniger keine Funktion (habe den TV allerdings auch nicht wirklich benötigt, deswegen nicht schlimm für mich) Die Preise im Restaurant vielleicht etwas überhöht,

Für uns als Motorradfahrer war alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Ea gab noch um 21.30 für uns zu Essen.

Sehr guter freundlicher Empfang schon etwas spät am Abend. Sehr reichhaltig,gute auswahl am Frühstück.Das zimmer sehr sauber und schön.Angehnehm geschlafen haben wir auserdem auch noch. Was will man mehr?

Ottima posizione, ci sono diversi sentieri per tranquille passeggiate nei boschi. Buona la camera da poco ristrutturata, per chi ha il sonno leggero un poco rumorosa per il traffico della statale.

I piumini sono un pò datati, forse li sostituirei con i nuovi modelli leggeri e morbidi.

War einfach nur toll !

Ich reiste mit dem Motorrad an und blieb 7 Tage. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen und man kann sehr gut die Natur genießen. Zimmer immer sauber und gereinigt. (Morgens das Frühstück war top!) Abends bei einem (oder zwei…) Bierchen im Biergarten entspannen. Viele unternehmungsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, z.B Wandern, Fahrradfahren, etc. Im Hotel gibt es einen sehr schönen Wellnessbereich der zum verweilen einlädt. Zudem gibt es einen Minigolfplatz, Tischtennis, Billiard, Flipper usw. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Besitzer, sie sind mega freundlich und Hilfsbereit! Immer wieder gerne!!

Bellissimo

La colazione buona prodotti freschi preparati da loro. La posizione nel verde ma sulla strada di passaggio di mezzi di trasporto un po' confusionaria visto che tanta gente corre con moto e macchine. Ci sono tanti sentieri e una ciclabile dove poter passeggiare, per chi vuole andare senza macchina e ama camminare ci si sposta tranquillamente, altrimenti c ' è il bus B630 che ferma proprio davanti all'hotel circa ogni ora.

Gli orari della piscina e spa che sono fruibili dalle 15 alle 19,30 pertanto quando ha piovuto non è stato possibile usufruirne la mattina.

Personale accogliente, location splendida, prezzi giusti

E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo al Waldheim e sicuramente è diventato un punto di riferimento per i nostri soggiorni in Val di Non. Il personale è molto cordiale, hanno avuto un buon rapporto col nostro bassotto, e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. A tavola tutto bene, forse i piatti sono molto abbondanti ma è una questione soggettiva. La camera era ampia e molto comoda. Dotata di tutto ciò che serve. La posizione dell'albergo è splendida, in mezzo al bosco, con sentieri che partono proprio dal giardino. Sono inoltre disponibili minigolf, piscina, vari giochi per i bambini. Davvero un bel posto!

De eigenaresse en andere medewerkers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn ruim en worden elke dag schoongemaakt.

Het zwembad is echt koud. De wellness faciliteiten zoals de sauna's vielen wat tegen. 2 van de 3 sauna's waren niet echt warm

Gute Lage, freundliche Besitzer und ausgezeichnetes Essen.

Das Hotel hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wir waren als Familie mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern dort. Die Lage ist phantastisch, die Luft ist gut und man kann viel in der Gegend unternehmen. Das frisch gekochte Essen ist sehr lecker, die ganze Familie war begeistert. Besonders auch die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werden bald wieder kommen.

E' pulito e spazioso

i proprietari sono freddi e anche la struttura, non è brutta e non gli manca nulla, ma si respira un'aria di freddezza, il riscaldamento è al minimo, le informazioni ai clienti al minino, il cibo al minimo accettabile, per cui non si può dire che sia andata male, ma è stato tutto sufficiente e incredibilmente migliorabile.

Kommen sehr gerne wieder

Chefin und Sohn waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Zimmer waren sauber und auch der Wellness Bereich ist super schön. Frühstück war herrlich - für jeden was dabei.

Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr langsam und es ist immer ein riesen Stau davor gewesen. Allerdings war der Kaffee dann wirklich sehr gut - da hat sich das warten dann doch gelohnt.
