La struttura é molto vicina al centro della frazione, a pochi km da Bolzano centro, é molto accogliente e siamo stati benissimo nonostante l'assenza di aria condizionata. Manca il parcheggio, ma abbiamo trovato parcheggio vicino, in caso il proprietario si é offerto di lasciarci parcheggiare nel suo posto riservato.

Situated in the heart of this charming wine town, the apartment enjoys a wonderful peaceful vibe in the evening.
The only downside is that the fixtures and fittings are somewhat old.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, in an amazing location close to Bolzano but quieter with amazing view. Overall amazing hotel for a great price.

die Lage im Ortskern wird durch die eigenen Parkplätze, zu denen persönlich geleitet wird, entschärft. Einfaches, großes, sauberes Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Freundliches Personal, ordentliches Frühstück (dazu gebucht). Restaurantleistung (Pizzeria) eher unterer Durchschnitt. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung geeignet, da für diesen Preis kein Zimmer für 1 Nacht in Eppan zu bekommen ist.,
Zimmer war sehr laut durch die Lage an der Durchgangsstrasse
