Wonderful location, amazing staff and excellent breakfast - we would definitely stay here again.

The staff is excellent, helpful and easy to communicate, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel are the best we had during our Italy trip. Location is excellent as a base for traveling around the area and there are garages for motorcycles available. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean and the hotel has a wonderful garden all around to relax in the evening.

The in-room AC struggles a bit on hot summer nights but it cools the room enough to sleep.

Super nice owner, great room, amazing breakfast, location is super nice, the village around is cute and you can find everything you want in the shops around. The pool is super nice and the garden just amazing. I would strongly recommend staying here.

There was a bit of noise in the morning, i'm guessing it's just my particular room that was close to the kitchen/entrance, and the piping were a bit loud too. The noise the rest of the day was totally fine and not loud at all. Also it was clean except the bathroom door that was quite dirty.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Blumenhotel. The staff was very attentive and always there to help and answer our questions, the rooms clean and comfy and the breakfast simply amazing. We will definitely come back!

Quieter, cheaper alternative to Bolzano just 20mins away by bus.

Great breakfast buffet, fantastic dinner set menu for €35! Lovely staff. Beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Much quieter and cheaper location compared to Bolzano. Bus stop is 15min walk (direct to Bolzano, also to Lago di Caldaro). Online option to opt out of daily cleaning with a €5 deduction per day from your final bill. This hotel has implemented many environmentally friendly and covid safe options.

Apparently a transport card is included for free for the duration of your stay (which is excellent, but I didn't know about it), but I was given mine at check out :( Also, I could hear the noise and footsteps from the family in the room above mine.

Friendly, dog friendly, helpful, comfortable, accommodating.

Breakfast was really good. Plenty of delicious things to eat plus had a very good ham omelette cooked to order. Lots of coffee provided too. Central to San Michele so easy access and it was a lovely place to walk around. Nice big garden and (in season) swimming pool which would be very nice to use. Friendly. Also no problem to bring my wee dog which was very nice. Would like to visit again. Most generally would be one night as travelling through but perhaps staying a couple of nights one time so could appreciate the area for itself.

Minor! Very slight problem finding. Perhaps easier if 2 of you and if you’ve not just driven 600km! The street the hotel is in is one way which I didn’t realise so took a little bit to locate other correct end of street. Very minor - The church bells! I forget but they do ring quite a lot - guess just one of those things which is the same through most of Italy.

Hotel in an excellent location, friendly staff but choose your room wisely...

The location of the hotel is super with the Dolomites/Alpes highlights well in reach. At arrival we received the SudTirol guest pass which allowed us to visit museums,etc for free. The hotel has a nice garden. The management and staff is very friendly.

I can only speak for the rooms we had (others may be better) : we booked the smallest rooms for 2 persons - they were really outdated, not even fit for 2 people in our opinion and some parts were even broken - no pictures of them on the website so it was unexpected seen the pictures of the other rooms - we switched one of the rooms after one day to one slightly bigger, which was better.

Mostly great but a few things we didn't like

We loved the beautiful garden, swimmingpool, surroundings of the mountains, the cute little village, the winepass but also the dinner. Unlike the breakfast dinner is amazing and had a good price for what you get. We usually only eat out and never at the hotel, but we were tired the first day and decided to just have the dinner dit once at the hotel. It was so good that from the 3 nights we stayed we decided to eat in another night 😊.

Not all staff members were as friendly. Luckily some were very friendly too like the blond haired girl from the restaurant and the guy from reception. Breakfast wasn't that great. Especially the quality of the bakery products didn't taste fresh. Pretty dry and that's enough to ruin a good breakfast. Even though breakfast was included after or first day of breakfast we had our breakfast elsewhere. The room we were given was pretty small, smaller then the other twin bed rooms where the beds were next to each other. With our room only our toes could meet as the bed ends was where our bed met. Then again the twin rooms were the cheapest rooms and we were warned that it was the not renovated rooms. It was more the size that bothered us a bit.

Value for money is just fair.

Common areas are very pleasant : The swimming pool is quite big, very nice garden with children playground, large living room with fireplace, restaurant of very good quality/price ratio, excellent breakfast, etc. Mostly german clients.

The basic rooms are small and with very tiny windows. Some of the deluxe rooms have balcony with view... on a wall.

nettes, extrem sauberes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück

das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, frische Eier wurden gemacht, Kaffee war sehr gut, selbstgemachte Kuchen, sehr viele gesunden Beilagen für Müsli, gute Säfte und ein extrem freundliches Personal

eigentlich alles, der eine Teil ist schon etwas älter, aber sehr sauber , der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt , schade, dass es nicht Sommer war, denn der Pool hat sehr schön ausgesehen und die Anlage rundherum würde zum Verweilen einladen es gibt genug Parkplätze und zu Fuß ist man gleich im Zentrum , zum Bahnhof geht man ca. 8 min und da gibt es sämtliche Busverbindungen in alle Dörfer/Städte rundherum

Jederzeit wieder

Wir sind mit den Motorrädern angereist. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns sofort ein Unterstellplatz angeboten, diesen nutzten wir während des Aufenthaltes. Das Personal und der Chef waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und wer wollte, bekam ein frisch zubereitetes Frühstücksei. Das Abendessen wurde bereits beim Frühstücken vorbestellt. Zur Auswahl waren täglich wechselnde Menüs. Sollten wir wieder in der Gegend unterwegs sein, werden wir sicher hier wieder anfragen !!
