Nice hotel. Incorrect room description.

Located in a nice town with plenty of restaurants. A good base for our motorcycle touring holiday. Nice breakfast and parking for bikes.

Room was advertised with a double and a single bed which was incorrect. The owner who had limited English said he had 22 rooms and none were as advertised. One of us slept on a settee which could have been described as a sofa bed but wasnt made up.

It is situated near the city center, normally it's good but not in this case. At the church the bell was ringing every 15 min, and every 30 min it was doing an entire musical composition staring with 6:30 in the morning.

Great location, great ambience, lift access to all floors, great value, modern bathroom and free parking.

Wifi was a little iffy at times however adequate once we could connect. Lack of good signage to the front desk from the street. We found the hotel ok however I was a little confused about where to go from the street.

Friendly and charming in a great location

An absolute delight! Friendly staff, comfortable room with a great cozy bed. New bathroom. The breakfast is great with a nice selection of fruit, meats, eggs, cereal and bread. The location is right in the center of town, and the free parking is located less than 5 minutes away. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Perfect location, friendly staff

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff is lovely, comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom. Quiet rooms even though the hotel is right in the center of town. Free parking close by. Nice breakfast. I stayed 4 nights for work and would gladly go back.

Confortable stay

Beautiful hotel located in the center of Kaltern. The staff was very kind and welcoming and they have a room to keep your bikes which was very convenient. The breakfast is also very nice! I highly recommend.

Qualità - prezzo consigliata, camera davvero comodata e staff cordiale! Da ritornarci qualora tornassimo a Bolzano!

La stanza era molto carina, pulita e ordinata, il calore ci ha subito accolti. L’host gentile e super disponibile, davvero un signore! La colazione del giorno dopo completa e varia, dolce e salato! Posizione top, noi ci abbiamo dormito dopo una cenetta in un ristorante non lontano da lì, il giorno dopo siamo andati a Bolzano. É in una via strategica, di giorno molto carino anche visitare il paesino, il parcheggio coperto a pochi metri.

La mancanza del bidet, per noi è sempre un pezzo importante del bagno, ma per una notte ci siamo più che adattati!

Colazione Super !

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni in quest' hotel ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Camere ampie, ottima posizione in pieno centro al paese, comodo a tutti i servizi. Eravamo in molti ad alloggiare in hotel ma sia durante il giorno che di notte non vi era alcun rumore e anche se eravamo sulla via principale del paese non si era disturbati dal passaggio delle macchine. Ottima e ricca colazione internazionale. Personale simpatico gentile e discreto. Molto probabilmente torneremo vista anche la vicinanza a Bolzano( solo 20 minuti ) per i prossimi mercatini di Natale.

Frühstück ging so...

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Ungemütliche und nicht sehr angenehme Atmosphäre beim Frühstück. Laute Gespräche aus der benachbarten Küche und das Abräumen der Tische fand sehr lautstark statt. Gäste, die 30 Minuten vor Ablauf der Frühstückszeit eintrafen, wurden nicht sehr freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Frühstück quasi fast vorbei ist.

Sauberkeit,perfekte Kombination von ehemaligem südtiroler Gasthof und Anbau mit neuen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind klein aber zweckmäßig und ok.

Hotel delizioso, caratteristico e tipico. Il personale è gentile, il proprietario sempre disponibile, la posizione è centralissima in zona pedonale, la pulizia impeccabile. Viene fornito un pass gratuito per un parcheggio sito a pochi minuti dalla struttura. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat die Altstadt direkt vor der Tür inklusive guter Restaurants. Durch die Parkkarte von der Unterkunft konnte man super beim Parkplatz in der Nähe parken.

В отеле есть лифт прямо с улицы. Да, кондиционера нет, но это старинное здание в центре города, и зато в номере есть вентилятор. Завтрак отличный (вот только круассаны закончились за час до окончания завтрака). Правда, что колокольный звон церкви, находящейся рядом, раздаётся каждые 15 минут, но это компенсируется отличным уютным балконом с чудесным видом на эту самую церковь. Любителям тишины не надо селиться в центре города.

В описании отеля указана бесплатная парковка. На немецком языке написано Parkhaus. Отель находится в ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato). Работник отеля сказал нам, что можно подъехать к отелю и выгрузить вещи. Это наверняка не так, так как на всей территории Италии въезд в ZTL нерезидентам наказывается большим штрафом. Мы спросили хозяина где парковка, и он указал нам на объявление только на немецком языке, фото которого я прилагаю к отзыву. Поясню: я говорю по-английски и по-итальянски, а по-немецки только немного. Из объявления и объяснения с хозяином мы поняли, что парковка это Parkplatz Trutsch, въезд на которую до знака ZTL, то есть на неё можно въехать ничего не нарушая. У парковки есть крытая часть и открытая, и один общий паркомат для оплаты. Мы припарковались в крытой части, так как въезд на неё был раньше, то есть дальше от въезда в ZTL (разница в 50 метров). Так вот, когда утром мы принесли хозяину парковочный билет, выяснилось, что мы должны были парковаться в открытой части, и теперь мы должны оплатить парковку самостоятельно. Возможно мы плохо поняли на немецком причину, но точно то, что мы оплатили парковку в итоге сами (оплата открытой парковки была в том же самом паркомате, в котором мы оплатили крытую). Это мелочь, но она оставила неприятный осадок.
