The location right in the center yet they provide a nice parking área connected to the hotel. Breakfast is amazing Staff super nice helpful and flexible!

From big expectation, through some minor inconvenieces, endind with accident and ruined vacations

Location is mixed bag - old town centre limiting driving possibility and/or parking. Hotel's parking is located about 150m from the hotel but with elevators and (!) stairs to use despite guests of the hotel having sometimes big heavy luggage. Positive side of that location was close distance to surrounding bars. Breakfast was OK. Nice private swimming pool (despite its weird location a bit outside a hotel walking half naked besides restaurant full of guest...).

Tough path from hotel's parting to the hotel itself. Noisy environment (both evening street noise and internal areas of hotel with loud guest discussions long after the midnight... through open windows). The worst was bathrooms setup - they tried hard to squeeze all required elements into way to small small which ended in weird, uncomfortable usage and finally accident which is obvious if you use your brain and not look for savings in rooms arrangement :( Water from shower ends all over the bathroom, towel put on the floor is not enough and gets wet easily than you are leaving bathroom with wet feet over few granite stairs and... you may end like my wife with broken knee and some wounds on legs and arms luckily you are alive !!! Very bad idea those slippery granite stairs without any protection almost right from OPEN shower splashing water all over the whole bathroom.

It's a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast is really good with a wide selection!

Our room was really small & musty. We left the window open for the whole day, but the smell was still really bad, maybe it was due to the mould in the bathroom. We only stayed for 2 nights, so it was okay, but we would not stay any longer in the room. It is too expensive for this room quality

Hotel Goldener Stern offered the best relaxation possible in a short stay.

Very friendly hotel staff. I needed to leave long before the official breakfast hours, but the receptionist arranged breakfast and fresh coffee for me with her colleague. The location is fantastic, practically at the town square, but with an outdoor pool in a very nice garden.

Wir waren alle zufrieden.

Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Ort. Abgesperrter Parkplatz hinterhalb des Hauses. Über Durchgang und Lift zu erreichen. Zimmer war in Ordnung. Nett eingerichtet. Nette Geste : etwas Süßes und hauseigener Apfelsaft im Zimmer. Mehr als reichliches Frühstück. Von allem etwas vorhanden. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Eine Person von unserer Reisegruppe hatte Geburtstag. Am Frühstückstisch eine nette Tafel, ein Präsent , extra Kuchen und Sekt.

Das Restaurant im Hause war geschlossen, obwohl in der Beschreibung stand, dass es geöffnet ist.

Tradition mit Stil zentral in Kaltern

Tolles Frühstück mit aufmerksamem Service, ruckzuck ist der Kaffee da. Der warme Pool ist im Herbst ein Genuss. Starkes WLAN. Schöne Räume. Teilnahme an Südtirol mobil.

Mängel im Restaurant im EG mit gleichem Namen. Ist aber die Frage, ab fremdverpachtet. Bei Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten gab es mehrere scharfe Muschelsplitter im Essen, zum Glück habe ich aufgepasst. Generell hat die Gastro in Kaltern ein schlechtes Preisleistungs-Verhältnis.

Fantastisch! Echt een aanrader

Goede ligging. Mooi hotel. Prima verbinding tussen parkeerplaats en wellness (dat ligt namelijk een stukje achter het hotel). Het ontbijt was werkelijk fantastisch! Ontzettend aardig personeel, met name de dame van de receptie met het roze haar (ik ben haar naam vergeten) was ontzettend vriendelijk!

Geluid van het restaurant geeft tot 22u een beetje overlast. Maar zeer minimaal. De kerkklok is ook hoorbaar. Maar niet storend.

Прекрасно място! Удобно, комфортно, тихо, с невероятно топло посрещане от персонала, каращо те да се чувстваш като у дома. Това е изключително важно, особено за хора пътуващи сами. Чудесни стаи, удобства, закуска, бар, кафе. Пренощувах тук набързо преди да продължа към дестинацията си, но наистина ми се искаше да остана по-дълго. Задължително бих посетил пак, в случай, че съм в региона. В хотелът се допускат и почитат домашни любимци и имаше прекрасни кучета, чак съжалих, че не пътувах с моето. Невероятно съотношение цена/качество!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße, es war nachts sehr laut, es wird gegenüber und entlang der Straße gerne mal bis 2 Uhr nachts gefeiert, wenn man ein Zimmer nach hinten hat , ist das sicher kein Kritikpunkt.

Das Frühstück war der wahnsinn und das Personal war extrem freundlich! Wir hatten am letzten Tag eine Reifenpanne und uns wurde sofort geholfen.

Das Bad war etwas „alt“ und die Türe hat nicht richtig geschlossen. Außerdem war der Whirlpool etwas grün und kalt.

Fantastisch oud hotel dat mooi gemoderniseerd is en op een toplocatie ligt!

Ligging is perfect, dicht bij de diverse hiking routes en wijngaarden. Ontbijt is top. Zwembad en spa zijn ook heel prettig. Heel mooi oud gebouw met moderne afwerking, zonder het originele aspect te vermommen of te vergeten

In en uitladen van bagage en wijndozen is wat lastiger omdat er veel trappetjes aanwezig zijn. En voordeur zit in voetgangersgebied en tussen terrasjes, waardoor voor de deur staan wat lastiger is. Persoonlijk vond ik de bedden erg hard. Vergelijkbaar met een judo mat. Ik heb zelf de voorkeur aan wat zachtere bedden Deur van de sauna schraapt over de tegels. Geeft heel naar geluid.

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück in zentraler Lage

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Restaurant und Hotelbar, das ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet anbietet. Parkplatz in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, außerdem Pool vorhanden.

Leider haben wir diesmal wieder ein Zimmer erwischt, bei dem das Bad nur durch eine Glastür mit breitem Spalt abgetrennt war. Wir haben im Bad gern unsere Privatsphäre und finden es sehr unangenehm, wenn Geräusche und Gerüche nicht im Bad bleiben.
