Great hotel

I would like to congratulate all the staff of the hotel because they were really friendly. The breakfast and dinner were really great. There’s also a nice restaurant next to it. The rooms were big and comfortable.

The sauna was not working at the time. The location a little bit far from Bolzano but it is not a problem if you have a car. The zone is really quiet.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, gemütliche Atmosphäre mit der Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage hat 2von 3 Tagen nicht funktioniert. Der Techniker war mehrmals da konnte das Problem nicht beheben.

Wir kommen definitiv und sehr gerne wieder! Die Idee ist es, im Sommer ab dort in Richtung Gardasee entlang der Etsch zu

..alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen und passte in jedem Punkt. Als Paar hatten wir ein paar wunderschöne Tage nach Weihnachten und über Silvester in diesem Hotel, welches durchweg mit/durch Qualität überzeugte (Zimmer-Upgrade auf die Junior Suite inkl.). Das Servicepersonal war jederzeit offen, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ein tolles Team! Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen (Menü) war täglich ein Genuss -abwechslungsreich und in sich stimmig. Der Koch hat Freude zu verwöhnen & versteht sein Handwerk. :-) Das Hotel ist fussläufig vom Ortskern Kaltern entfernt. Sowohl Meran und auch Bozen sind in wenigen Kilometern mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unsere Zeit vor Ort war einfach sehr schön! Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Danke vielmals!

Geheimtipp für Spa in Kaltern, wenn man nicht zur Strasse hin wohnt

Frühstück reichhaltig, große Auswahl, viel Kuchen und Süßes sowie verschiedene Brötchen und Brote. Alle Geschmäcker werden bedient. Absolut super sind der Außen-und gleichzeitig der Innenpool, die beheizt sind. Das Gym ist zwar klein, bietet aber moderne Geräte für ein Grundtraining. Die Saunen waren nicht in Betrieb. Man kann hier, wenn die Saunen laufen, einen Spa Aufenthalt haben, zu einem sehr guten Preis. Der angrenzende riesige Biergarten, der zum Hotel gehört, ist aussergewöhnlich. Ich habe in Deutschland selten einen solchen tollen Biergarten kennengelernt in jeglicher Beziehung. Somit stehen hunderte Parkplätze, eine Tiefgarage und ein abschließbarer Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung.

Die Zimmer zur Südtiroler Weinstrasse hin, wo wir waren, sind einer starken Lärmbelästigung ausgesetzt. Zusätzlich ist eine Tankstelle an der Strasse vor dem Hotel, die zusätzlichen Lärm verursacht. Allerdings bieten die Zimmer zur gegenseitigen Hotelseite Ruhe. Der Weg in die Kalterer Innenstadt zu Fuß führt der Strasse entlang und dauert 15-20min. Alles machbar, aber eher unbequem im Dauerverkehr. Man kann natürlich auch mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt auf einen der kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze fahren, allerdings ohne Weingenuß.

Schönes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Südtirol

Innen- und Außenpolitik mit der großen Liegewiese haben wir gerne genutzt. Es gab ein schönes Frühstücksbuffett. Als Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren ist das Hotel mit großem Parkplatz direkt neben dem Mendelpass perfekt. Zum Hotel gehört ein schöner Biergarten mit großer Auswahl.

Schade war, dass das Restaurant nur für Halbpensionsgäste offen war und das Restaurant ansonsten nicht geöffnet war.

Hôtel très bien placé et personnel super.

Le site est très beau, le personnel très accueillant et disponible. La piscine super avec la pelouse, la végétation autour. Le petit déjeuner est très bien surtout au niveau du salé. La literie est confortable. Tout près du village de Caldaro (15 minutes à pied). Nous avions pris une chambre côté vignes et donc nous n'avons pas été gênés par la route.

L'insonorisation dans les chambres est mauvaise et on entend les voisins très clairement. La proximité de la route très passante enlève un peu la sensation d'être dans la nature et est un peu bruyante. Enfin la déco est un peu désuète.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, tolles Frühstück, dennoch Luft nach oben

- Frühstücksauswahl und deren Qualität waren sehr gut, wird zeitnah immer wieder aufgefüllt - Rad darf mit auf das Zimmer genommen werden - großer Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, habe immer einen Parkplatz gefunden trotz des Biergartens (sehr zu empfehlen!) nebenan - toll angelegter und gepflegter Garten mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen - WLAN überall verfügbar (Zimmer und Garten, mit Ausnahme auf der Frühstücksterrasse) - Safe im Zimmer vorhanden - Personal war stets bemüht und immer freundlich - am letzten Tag durfte man trotz frühem Checkout den Pool und die Duschen im Hallenbad noch nutzen

- Hotel, vor allem Speisesäle sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was eig. nicht weiter stört - Klima rattert nachts etwas, wird leider gebraucht aufgrund naheliegender, stark befahrener Straße - Kühlschrank im Zimmer musste zunächst angeschlossen werden und war leider nicht sauber - wenig Kleiderbügel in den Schränken - Vorhang war kaputt gerissen und auch der Balkon war weniger einladend

Das Frühstück war super gut. Auch das Abendessen war gut. Am Pool war es sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist super.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber geputzt. Die Klimaanlage war schwer einzuschalten und am Balkon funktionierte die Lampe nicht.

Bellissimo soggiorno, indimenticabile

Posizione fantastica in mezzo al verde, panorama mozzafiato, camera grandissima e pulitissima. Personale gentile, simpatico e disponibile.

L’unica cosa un po’ “strana” sono stati due piumoni singoli per un letto matrimoniale, ma se proprio vogliamo trovare qualcosa.
