Great stay for family

Great hotel about 5mins in car from Caldaro lake and also same journey time in car to Caldaro town. The 3 of us stayed in self catering apartment. It was good choice. Modern, clean & contemporary. Kitchen was well designed & had everything you need if you want to cook. Bathroom was a good size with large sink and plenty of space around sink for toiletries. Very powerful shower. The dividing sliding door between bedroom & other (single) bed meant my teenage son was happy with some privacy. Pool was lovely in pretty, well maintained grounds.

Can't think of anything bad to say.

Beautiful location with very nice modern flats but the hosts and the kitchen puts a drag on it.

all the food was way below par. The hosts were pretty arrogant but the staff made up for the lack of charm of the hosts. When I complained about the food they said they would let the kitchen know....classic Tirol. What do I care if the kitchen knows. That will not make me feel better.

The food was abysmal. We ate 1 breakfast and tried the food twice and then we never ate there again. One soup was so salty we could not eat it. Twice the turkey meat in my salad seemed to be taken from leftovers and re-fried, That is the only way I can explain how bad some pieces were, dry and hard. Otherwise the cook should be banned from entering a kitchen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten ein schönes, sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit einem großzügigen Balkon, im 2. Stock, des Nebenhauses, das mit einen Aufzug zu erreichen war. Auch die Tiefgarage mit einer Auto E-Ladestation war mit dem gleichen Aufzug zu erreichen Die Aussicht war wunderschön und die Lage oberhalb von Kaltern, hervorragend. Frühstücken konnte man wahlweise im Restaurant des Hotels oder im Apartment. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Entfernung zu den Radwegen war für uns etwas ungünstig.

Ubytování bylo perfektní ve všech směrech, vše je nové a čisté. Moderně zařízené.

K ubytování co se týče vybavení ,čistoty nelze nic vytknout. Na balkoně markýza, v oknech protihlučné rolety, takže večer když chcete je /plná tma a ticho.

Nelíbilo se nám to že jsme měli objednané ubytování 1 rok dopředu a týden před nástupem do ubytování nám bylo oznámeno že první den budeme muset bydlet v hotelu protože pro nás nemají místo. Špatná organizace. Rozbalování a zase balení kufrů kvuli jednomu dni nic moc. V kuchyni málo nádobí, jedna sklenička na pití a jeden veliký a jeden malinký kastrol.

Tolle Lage, toller Blick nach Kaltern. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die besten Poolzeiten, die ich je erlebt habe.

Das Schlafsofa ist gemütlich, jedoch wäre eine Baumwollauflage auf dem synthetischen Leder toll gewesen. Wir haben dann die des Doppelbettes genommen, damit ging es besser.

Die Lage,das Abendessen,der Pool( zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar).unser Appartement. Fürs eigene Frühstück kann man unkompliziert Brötchen im Hotel holen. Am Besten für den Pool selbst Handtücher mitbringen für die Liege und zum einwickeln. Man bekommt zwar auf Nachfrage welche,aber nur kleine...

Wir würden uns nach spätestens 3 Tagen einen Handtuch Wechsel wünschen ohne Nachfrage.

Tolles Apartment in ruhiger Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht!!

Sehr geräumiges , stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit großem Balkon, der eine herrliche Aussicht auf Weinberge, Kalterer See und Rosengarten bietet. Auch der Pool ist sehr angenehm! Die Tiefgarage haben wir gerne genutzt, obwohl es außen auch genügend Parkmöglichkeiten gab. Sehr netter Empfang!

Der Ausblick.

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht u wurde trotz Protesten nicht eingeschaltet. Zerlumpte, alte Handtücher und eine schlechtgelaunte Vermieterin.

Luogo piacevole dove soggiornare

L'arredamento dell'appartamento era curato e di ottima qualità. Il panorama della camera da letto valeva da solo il soggiorno, bellissimo!. L'appartamento era ordinato e pulito, accessoriato dell'essenziale. Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente immediatamente fuori l'alloggio, pratico e comodo e volendo disponibilità anche al coperto. Posizione ottima, a soli dieci minuti da Bolzano e dal Lago di Caldaro.

I cuscini sono da rivedere, per me che soffro di cervicale sono stati una spiacevolissima sorpresa. Nel cassettone del letto ho tirato fuori un piumone per mettere sul divano ma era ingiallito e macchiato (non saprei di cosa), però l'ho rimesso dov'era perché mi ha fatto una sensazione un po' di ribrezzo. Peccato per questo inconveniente perché l'appartamento era davvero molto pulito, non ho trovato tracce di sporco da nessuna parte.

Wir hatten eine FW. Ein toller Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Sehr schönes Bad. Matratzen waren sehr gut.

Wohnküche eigentlich ok, aber der Bereich wirkt doch etwas kühl. Vielleicht würde schon eine Grünpflanze etwas Abhilfe bringen.

Soggiorno piacevole con vista sui vigneti.

Appartamento nuovo, spazioso e molto pulito. La vista dal terrazzo è molto bella. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo piccolo di 11mesi e mi hanno fornito il lettino anche per lui. Inoltre tutta la biancheria da letto e cucina ci è stata fornita dalla struttura, non scontato negli appartamenti.

Eine ganz tolle Location, egal ob für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder als Zwischenstopp für die Weiterreise. Auch mit Hund ist man hier herzlich willkommen.
