Exceptional friendly staff; modern and super clean. Gigantic breakfest. Fantastic location. The toilet is in a separated room. Fantastic walk in shower. Great parking lots. Very quiet location.

The washstand was quite small for big hands and not integrated in the bathroom but in the main room.

Wohlfühlen in Kaltern

Die Villa liegt wunderschön mitten im Weingarten. Ins Zentrum von Kaltern geht man 5 Minuten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Besitzer besonders freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Für uns ist die Villa Weingarten der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschöne Gegend zu genießen.

Leider war die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet und es war recht warm im Zimmer. Fußbodenheizung haben wir runtergedreht, aber das dauert natürlich.

Absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Sehr modernes stylisches Haus in schwarz und weiß gehalten mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, wie einer gut sortierten Bar zur Selbstbedienung, einer Sonnen- Dachterrasse mit tollem Rundblick ( auf der eine Panorama Sauna das i Tüpfelchen wäre ) , einem angenehm temperierten Dach Pool mit Blubber ( der uns auf Nachfrage auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten zugänglich gemacht wurde ;), einem extra Fahrradraum mit dem wichtigsten Werkzeug, großer Parkplatz vorm Haus und mediterran angelegten Garten. Die Zimmer und Möblierung ist schlicht auf auf das Wesentliche gehalten, aber alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeber haben wir als sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfunden, wir werden auf jeden wieder kommen.

Das Deftige, frisches Brot Angebot beim Frühstücken könnte etwas üppiger ausfallen, einiges gibt es nur abgepackt ….

Regionales gutes abwechslungsreiches Angebot. Sehr freundliche und fürsorgende Inhaberin

Sehr modern, toll, offenes und neu gestaltetes Wohnkonzept. Kleiner Makel kein geschlossener Schrank für Kleidung. Den tollen Dach Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen weil das Wetter leider schlecht war während unseres Aufenthalt. Dafür können die Innhaber aber nichts.

Wir hatten schöne Tage im Hotel und Umgebung und würden wieder kommen . 🥰Wir hoffen dann auf besseres Wetter um Terrasse

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, modern und hat eine tolle Lage zum Ort Kaltern,und zur Natur drum rum !Man konnte sich Wein, Kaffee , Wasser ……an einer schönen Theke nehmen und schrieb es dann auf einen Zettel mit der Zimmernummer👍🏼Armin und Irene waren immer da und haben sich gekümmert!🤗Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und immer mit Obst und Gemüseteller schön hergerichtet😋

Die Auswahl an Brot könnte meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden und die Säfte waren sehr künstlich.

Tady je opravdu vše na "10"!

Skvělé místo mezi vinicemi a přitom do centra městečka je to kousek. Ocenili jsme osvěžující bazén na střeše a možnost samo obslužně ochutnat vína z místní vinice. Snídaně opravdu nadstandardní, v Itálii rozhodně zatím nejlepší, co jsme kdy měli. A ještě musím pochválit majitele, kteří jsou velmi vstřícní a milí. Určitě se sem ještě vrátíme.

Ontzettend genoten, ga zeker nog eens terug.

Een prachtige, nette, moderne accommodatie wat aan al mijn verwachtingen heeft voldaan. Het ontbijt was super! Alles was aanwezig en meer. De inrichting van het ontbijt-buffet was buitengewoon mooi opgesteld en alles was vers. Keuze in overvloed en ook bijzondere extra's aanwezig. De kamer was uitzonderlijk mooi en stijlvol ingericht met een chill-hoek waar de tv hing een heerlijk inloopdouche, apart toilet en een geweldig bed vanwaar je uitkeek op de bergen. Het zonneterras op het dak van de accommodatie was heerlijk rustig. Per 2 bedjes stond een bloembak met helmgras voor extra privacy. Het zwembad was super en voorzien van een jet-stroom waar je tegenin kon zwemmen. Door de glazen afscherming van het terras had je ook daar weer een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. De eigenaren waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 's-Avonds bij een glaasje wijn kwamen ze altijd even een praatje maken en je werd bij aankomst persoonlijk naar je kamer begeleid. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Ik wil hier zeker nog een keer naar terug.

Super Tolle Lage mit einem Pool oben auf dem Dach. Mega Frühstück, sehr viel Auswahl an Obst, Marmelade, Brötchen, Tees, Wurst, Käse usw. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Inhaber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Traumhafte Location

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück war spitze. Irene und Armin sind herzliche Gastgeber mit guten Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll. Mega toll ist auch der Pool mit Whirlpoolfunktion. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Dorf und kann abends ein Glaserl Wein genießen, ohne noch fahren zu müssen ;-). Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist toll und zum Kalterer See ist es auch nicht weit.

Klimaanlage wird nachts abgestellt, was das Zimmer sehr warm gemacht hat bei den heißen Temperaturen in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes. Bei offener Balkontüre hört man die Kirchenglocken sehr laut. Da können die Gastgeber natürlich nichts dafür. Tipp für geräusch- und wärmeempfindliche Urlauber: Ventilator mitnehmen. Und/oder Ohropax. Machen wir beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall...

Tolle und sehr moderne kleine Hotelanlage. Alles ist perfekt durchdacht und wunderschön designed. Alles wirkt komplett neu. Die Gastgeber strahlen viel Lebensfreude und höchste Motivation aus und bereiten Ihren Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Man hat einen super Blick und fühlt sich im Grünen, ist aber fast mitten im Ort. Das Frühstück mit dem Saft, Tee, und Müsliangebot ist unbeschreiblich. Besonders geeignet für Paare und Alleinreisende, die Ruhe suchen.

Leider kein Wellnessbereich vorhanden.

Die Villa Weingarten ist ein schönes, sauberes, modernes Hotel mit freundlichen Inhabern, welche sich zuvorkommend im jeden Gast kümmern. Mit super Infrastruktur. Angefangen bei der Ladestation für E- und Hybrid Autos bis hin zum beheizten Pool am Dach, Unterbringungsmöglichkeit von Bikes und E-Bikes in einem extra Raum, super Frühstücksbuffet, welches fast alle Wünsche erfüllt, präsentiert in coolen Ambiente und zudem eine grosser Auswahl an Getränken (unter Anderem die hauseigenen Weine) fürs Self-Service am Abend. Zudem ist die Innenstadt von Kaltern innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar.

Super Erholung in toller Umgebung - gerne wieder!

Sehr tolles Hotel mit außergewöhnlich netten Gastgebern. Alles sehr neu, sauber und modern. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die große Auswahl an offenen Teesorten für jeden Teeliebhaber ein Genuss! Je nach Wetter konnte man draußen auf der großen Terrasse frühstücken - ein super Start in den Tag. Hervorragende Lager als Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Rennradtouren.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen - wem es in diesem Hotel nicht gefällt dem wird es wohl so schnell nirgendwo gefallen.

Wunderschöne Zeit, toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt, tolles neues Haus,sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf dem Dach, mit Sonnendeck genial. Lage optimal, nur ca.10 min ins Zentrum. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr,sehr freundlich und rund um die Uhr für ihre Gäste da. Toll was die zwei da leisten 👍👍👍 Hotel hat auch einen großen, perfekt ausgestattet Bikerkeller. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sicherlich wieder.
