Great location, friendly staff and amazing views.

We went for a short pre-Christmas escapade. The location was perfect as it is close to many Christmas market (e.g. Merano and Bolzano). The owners are very nice and helpful. They also produce apple juice that we found delicious and bought some for our friends back home!

Great place for a family with kids

Everything was great. One of the nicer agriturismo / zimmer we've been to. Superb pool with lovely views, and a variety of sport facilities for the kids (soccer, table tennis etc.) In a spacious yard. Very quiet and located in a scenic village.

OTTIMO HOTEL

La camera ed il bagno erano pulitissimi, la vista dal balcone era stupenda, la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari sicuramente migliora l'esperienza del soggiorno, colazione varia e con il loro buonissimo succo di mela e una splendida vista sui meleti. La posizione dell'hotel è molto strategica, la zona è molto silenziosa per passare un soggiorno in tranquillità ma è anche molto vicino all'autostrada così da raggiungere qualsiasi altra meta in poco tempo. Qualità-prezzo ottima. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e se dovessimo tornare sicuramente torneremo qui.

Uniche due osservazioni, c'era una sola bustina piccola di sapone per il corpo che è finita la prima sera e non ci è stata rifornita durante le pulizie della camera, essendo in due non è durata molto e gli altri due giorni abbiamo usato quello delle mani; come secondo, i cuscini sono diversi dai nostri perché molto più alti ma comunque abbastanza comodi.

Ein Ort zum Durchatmen und Wohlfühlen

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem kleinen Paradies verbracht und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt traumhaft ruhig zwischen Weinstöcken und Obstbäumen – allein die Aussicht morgens beim Frühstück war schon Erholung pur. Der beheizte Pool ist groß genug, dass man wirklich schwimmen kann, und die Liegewiese ist riesig. Besonders angenehm: Es gibt mehr als genug Sonnenliegen, sodass man nie suchen oder reservieren muss. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Die Besitzer sind selbst vor Ort und kümmern sich gemeinsam mit ihrem Team persönlich um alles. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad ebenfalls – da gab’s wirklich nichts zu meckern. Für unsere Fahrräder gab es im Haus eine gute Parkmöglichkeit mit Steckdosen zum Aufladen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und richtig lecker. Mehrere Sorten frisches Brot und Brötchen, alles duftend und knusprig – da startet man gerne in den Tag. Kurz gesagt: Ein liebevoll geführtes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage, dass wir definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Fahrradfreundliche Unterkunft zwischen Meran und Bozen

Die Lage zwischen Meran und Bozen war super. Mit den Rädern kann man beide Städte leicht erreichen. Toll war auch der kleine Fußballplatz auf dem die Kids bolzen konnten und natürlich der schöne Pool. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

صاحب المزرعه ملقوف ويدقق بكل شي مثال لمبة البلكونه يكلمني طفوه من هاذي الاشياء وتم نقل اغراض غرفتي لغرفة اخري بعدم علمي ملاحظة تم الطلب لهذا النقل ولاكن اتفاجاء بعد رجوعي للفندق انه نقل اغراضي بدون وجودي والمكان عباره عن مكان صحي لكبار السن ومايناسب عائلة بالأطفال بسبب ازعاج الاطفال الي هيا أجازتهم ومسافرين ينبسطوا ويلعبوا واتكلم معايا صاحب النزل انه لاينفع اللعب بالمسبح والمايوه الاسلامي للبنات ممنوع شي عجيب لا يوجد تكييف ولا مروحة لم يتم التنظيف اليومي وكان التنظيف كل 3 ايام ولا يتم تعبئة ادوات الحمام وايضا شرشف السرير لم يتغير

Ein schönes Hotel mitten in den Weinbergen

Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr gut und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Besonders toll ist der Pool mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge.

La struttura è carina. La posizione è molto comoda e c'è un bellissimo panorama. Ci è stata data la possibilità di scegliere la stanza, con anche un terrazzino. La colazione per il mio gusto è abbastanza buona la parte salata, la parte dolce non mi è piaciuta. Il personale che si occupa del servizio è molto gentile. Nelle vicinanze ci sono due ristoranti. Si arriva a Merano in circa 15 minuti di auto

Le stanze non hanno molta insonorizzazione pertanto, si sentono i vicini. Lo stabile è eccessivamente riscaldato, in questo momento dove c'è particolarmente attenzione per lo spreco etc non la trovo una cosa sana. Il parcheggio non ha segnaletica, nonostante ci sia un ampio spazio abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare nel contesto vicino perchè arrivati tardi non c'era spazio a causa dei clienti che han parcheggiato in maniera non curante delle distanze. Il titolare è una persona che a suo modo cerca di aver cura della sua attività immagino, ma purtroppo per mia sensazione trasmette ansia nella gestione di eventuali problematiche e poca disponibilità.

La posizione e il prezzo contenuto (ma ho prenotato con largo anticipo)

No aria condizionata, abbiamo passato notti insonni, a luglio fa caldo Standard adeguati per chi si adegua, nessun italiano nella struttura durante il nostro soggiorno... La colazione era ridotta, neanche una brioche. Alla richiesta di uova strapazzate la cameriera ha detto "siano un 3 stelle" Staff un po' ruvido, ma forse è solo un aspetto culturale, avvertiamo certi modi così, magari è solo un modo di porsi.
