Poor value for money

Disappointing value for outdated room and fittings. No complimentary toiletries or tea/coffee etc.

Not really a three-star

The staff was friendly but only spoke German and Italian. When we first arrived, we were greeted by an only Italian speaking person. The garden was quite nice, with a pool, but much smaller than on the picture. The room was clean. The breakfast was quite good and the hostess was very attentive.

The place was far away from the train station and the view was not much: overlooking an industrial apple orchard where the tractors cranked up at 6 am. The room was quite small and very basic. The water was either too hot or too cold, it was hard to regulate the temperature. There was no WiFi connection in the room although password was provided. Parking was a problem: very small parking spaces and hard to maneuver the car because of rocks, poles or trailers in the way. It is hard to call this place a 3-star accomodation.

Owners accomadated us after the language barrier was broken then all was great

Breakfast was fabulous room was good after we explained what we needed 2 women 2 beds we requested but they accomadated us very well

Ich kann mir gut vorstellen dieses Haus noch einmal zu Besuchen.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Betten sind gut die Gastgeber sowie das Personal sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. gepflegte Liegewiese mit Pool und Liegen zum entspannen.

Bad und Dusche sind etwas klein aber es funktioniert bei meiner Größe. (1,70) Das App. hat eine Küchenzeile zum Kochen aber direkt neben dem Bett würde ich mir keine großen Mahlzeiten zubereiten wollen.

Für Kurzurlaube durchaus zu empfehlen, mit besseren Frühstücksangebot auch für länger.

Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und guter Nahverkehrsanschluß.

Das Frühstück sollte deutlich abwechslungsreicher werden. Leider bekamen wir bei Ankunft keine Gästekarte die ausgelegten Fahrtkosten wurden jedoch vom Gastgeber zurückerstattet. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Ortsdurchgangsstraße.

Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven met een prachtig uitzicht.

Het uitzicht was subliem. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Halverwege het verblijf van 5 dagen werden er schone handdoeken neergelegd. Op loopafstand in het dorp kun je bij ‘Pizza-time’ echt heerlijke piadina Kebab halen en diverse pizza’s. Echt een aanrader. Verder kun je vanaf Lahngut geweldig fietsen.

Het badkamermeubel was klein en verweerd. In de badkamer hing wat een rioollucht.

Sehr sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Familie ist unwahrscheinlich herzlich. Zuvorkommend. Sehr freundlich und erfüllt jeden mögliche Wünschne sofort . Garten mit Schwimmbecken und Liegen unter Palmen sehr sauber und Garten mit viel Herz angelegt und gepflegt.Frühstück sehr lecker. reichlich und für jeden Gaumen etwas dabei. Personal sehr fleißig und sehr nett und macht ihre Arbeit von Herzen gerne was man sieht und spürt.

Top Unterkunft. Wenn jemanden was nicht gefällt ist selber schuld 👍

Ein feiner Platz zum Erholen und die Schönheit Südtirols zu entdecken

Die Lage am Rande der Apfelplantagen war perfekt, toll für weitere Unternehmungen. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon in die Berglandschaft, sehr nette Gastgeber. Der gepflegte Garten mit modernem Pool war ein ausgezeichneter Platz zum Erholen und hat uns und den Kinder sehr gefallen. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Schöne schnuggelige Ferienwohnung

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Teenagern komfortabel untergebracht. Es gab zwei Balkone mit jeweils tollem Ausblick. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es war alles vorhanden. Wir hatten zwei Bäder/Toiletten, das ist mit 5 Personen sehr angenehm. Auch gab es häufigen Wäschewechsel. Der Garten mit Pool war herrlich, sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Przyjemny

Bardzo mili właściciele, zawsze uśmiechnięci. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji dwie sypialnie z łazienkami oraz małą kuchnie z klimatyzacją. Z klimatyzacji nie korzystaliśmy często, ponieważ mimo 30 stopni w dzień wieczory były chłodniejsze i wystarczyło otworzyć okna. Z tarasów roztaczał się ładny widok. Ogród oraz basen bardzo zadbane. W trakcie pobytu zostały wymienione ręczniki. W pobliżu znajdują się sklepy i restauracje. Miejscowość urokliwa, zachęcająca do spacerów. Spędziliśmy miło sześć dni. Dziękujemy.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Lage ist sehr gut. Schöne Aussicht. Restaurants Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Eisdiele zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Zimmer groß, Badezimmer ist groß genug. Poolbereich ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Keine Einschränkungen der Benutzung, man kann auch abends im Pool die Zeit verbringen.

Keine Klimaanlage obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben. Ein Ventilator wäre schon hilfreich. Kann schon sehr warm werden. Küche sehr eng aber erfüllt ihren Zweck.

Struttura caratteristica, posizione molto comoda e luminosa. Sistemazione molto rilassante. Cordialità dello staff e disponibilità a fronte di richieste specifiche.

Consumabili bagno molto generosi (c'è solo un sapone tradizionale) e colazione ben assortita ma mancant di brioches fresche.
