Great hospitality centrally located.

It's a lovely place, right in the middle of Cles, which is quite a small town so this offers easy access to everything you might want to do in the town itself. Bed was comfortable, wifi was good, breakfast was good, Alex the host was absolutely terrific and obviously was lazar focused on his guests satisfaction.

The only issue we had was the lack of A/C. I've spent more summers than I care to remember in Val di Non and recall those rare days above 30C. Like once or twice a summer rare with most evenings even in the summer requiring a light jacket or sweater. Unfortunately while we were in Cles it was hot, remaining warm at night and that did make sleeping well difficult.

Nice place in quaint small town.

Spacious and clean room, overlooking the towns' central old plaza. There are good restaurants nearby too. The host is also very friendly. I was able to park just at the other side of the plaza, in a public parking. (The public parking space was free at night). The place felt very safe. I would definitely go back. There was no A/C but that was not a problem as we kept the large windows open and the night air freshened the room. Italy was in a heat wave, but this town is nord, among the Alps, so the temperature was lower and acceptable. We had a dog, the place is dog friendly.

The pillows were kind of hard. That could be my problem since I am used to very soft ones due to my sleeping position. It would be nice to have maybe one of the pillows softer so the person can choose.

Fantastic owner and great accommodation!

The owner was great, very helpful and just a very decent guy willing to help with anything. He has a great sense of humor, too! The room was clean and a nice size that overlooked the main square below. When we were there, the locals were dancing and singing at night. It was lovely to see and hear. The breakfast was filling. We will return!

..The breakfast was so good that i didn't need to eat anymore on my bycicle trip to Riva. The owner is super kind. Al Palazzo is absolutely in the city center.. Room is clean and matraces are very good. There is possibility to store your bike in the basement.

For 10 points i would need a balcony and a little cheaper price. But.... Al Palazzo is a very good and recommendable spot for Cles

Fantastic spot, right in the center of Cles

When reaching Al Palazzo, we were greeted very warmly by the staff. Whether or not it was a coincidence or not, we actually got welcomed in the street! We immediately received some great tips for food and drink in the immediate area, as well as some tips for things to do in the area, We were immediately in love with the town and the place. The room itself was modern, looked freshly renovated and VERY clean. The beds were really comfy, and the bathroom was very nice and spacious.

The breakfast could use some improvement in my opinion. The focus is very much on a sweet breakfast, which is something I find typical in Italy. So it would be nice to get a bit more savory options like vegetables and such.

tranquillissima, non si sente niente nonostante sei nella piazza centrale, nessun rumore neanche dalle camere vicino e lui è super simpatico e disponibile. sei vicino a tutto, soprattutto se devi prendere la macchina e andare a fare qualche escursione, cles è già comunque molto più città che paesino, hai tutto supermercati, farmacie tabacchi, grandi catene di abbigliamento...

avevamo paura per il parcheggio, invece poco più avanti della piazza centrale vicino al conad ci sono dei posti che sono sempre liberi e non sono a pagamento

En general todo correcto

La entrada fue fácil gracias a las indicaciones de Alex quién es muy agradable y siempre dispuesto a hacer que todo sea más fácil. Un 10 para él. La limpieza era muy buena y la ubicación excelente. Nos recomendó un sitio para cenar que nos encantó.

El edredón de mi cama era muy corto para el tipo de cama, eso fue incómodo para dormir. De todos modos, en la habitación había una manta adicional.

Der Unterkunftsgeber war außergewöhnlich engagiert und sehr freundlich. Netter Empfang, toller Service beim Frühstück, unkomplizierter Check-Out. Habe die Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung während eines Alpencrosses gebucht. Dafür eignet sie sich perfekt. Fahrradabstellplatz ist vorhanden, Lage im Zentrum für Essen und Einkauf super geeignet! Klare Empfehlung!

Lediglich ein größerer Mistkübel im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert.

Ontzettend genoten van gastvrijheid

Het is een prachtige accommodatie, mooie ruime kamer en badkamer. Alles was mooi schoon toen we er kwamen en de check in verliep ook erg soepel. De accommodatie ligt midden in het centrum van het plaatsje Cles. De host is echt een ontzettend vriendelijke man die vloeiend Engels spreekt en je met alles wil helpen, hij heeft ons ook nog erg goede adviezen geven over leuke activiteiten en restaurants in de buurt.

Meraviglioso

Struttura da incorniciare e porre a guida per chiunque voglia fare questo mestiere. Partiamo dal punto forte: l'host, un ragazzo oltre che gentilissimo anche super preparato. Ci ha aiutato in ogni necessità, supportandoci anche a tarda notte. Sempre attento a fare una domanda in più per assicurarsi che tutto fosse ok, ma senza mai risultare invasivo. La camera pulitissima, come tutta la struttura, sfido chiunque a trovare un granello di polvere. Colazione onesta, con prodotti molto buoni e nota di merito per il consiglio dell'host, ci ha affettato sul momento due fettine di speck, a dir poco superbo. Spero di tornare presto da quelle parti, è un piacere supportare strutture come queste ed aiutarle a mantenere questo livello.

Alex è il punto di forza di questa struttura, alla mano, gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarti. abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema col garage per la vespa e si è subito prodigato per risolverlo. Posto ideale per un weekend, posizione centrale a Cles,colazione sufficiente

Se vogliamo trovare un difetto, nella camera non arrivava il segnale wifi, camera forse un po' piccolina
